The room is pretty spacious (we got the family room with 3 separate single beds.) The toilet facilities are a little old, but clean and manageable. Free wifi, TV, food and drinks (the receptionist area has a little store where you can get snacks from) and outside the hotel room there is a little hut for you to chill in...

Not bad at all. Clean, air con, decent showers, extras that many cheap hotels don't include such as TV, tea/coffee/biscuits, towels etc. The 'city view' balcony may be somewhat of an exaggeration in that it's a brick wall but overall a decent basic hotel in Krabi. Recommend it!

Probably one of the best hotels I've stayed in in Southeast Asia. The staff were really nice and helped out even though they know little English. The owner went out of his way to help us book a bus ticket even though it was sold out online and we needed call in to book it. He also helped arrange a...

Firstly I have to say the trip advisor map is completely incorrect to where forumhouse is located! So make sure you tell them the name of the place, don't tell them it's near tiger kingdom as it's not!! This place was ideal for what we paid. The room was huge, and fairly clean. There was a mosquito net around the...

Good price, great place to stay. We had a huge room, with a balcony. Well, the view didn't worth to spend any time on the balcony. :D Though we had a place where we could dry our clothes after a super hot day. :) We didn't like Krabi itself at all, but we came to this town to extend our...

My fiance and i had been travelling around asia for a few months and found the forum house as a cheap stopover in between destinations. We managed to check in earlier and had a lovely big room, comfortable bed, air conditioning and desk with fridge. The wifi wasn't too bad either. We were only staying for a few days so...

If there is one thing above all that is tedious about so many hotels in Thailand, it is the complete and utter inability to maintain equipment such as air con, TVs and showers. The Thai version of maintenance is to wait for a customer complaint about something not working and then lie / not apologise / do as little as...

Forum house review The forum house in a small motel style accomodaion in the middle of Krabi town. The staff are very helpful, extremely friendly and often went the extra mile for us during our stay. The room was more then adequate for our weeks stay. We stayed in room #1 right next to the reception office and I was...

Stayed here one night for around 600 BHT in peak season. The 2 bed room was good looking, clean and big and staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a waterboiler, a/c and hot water. We were allowed to choose the room over reception 2nd floor or outside on ground level. We chose the latter one and I would...
