This hotel is fine if you are going to KKU. Not convenient for other areas. Lots of cheap places to eat around there. Rooms are fine and modern. Cable TV and Internet... although it can be a problem. The main issue is the water pressure. On 4th floor , it was not strong and a shower is a struggle, especially...

Firstly, i love the location, the room and the whole physical buildup of the hotel. For 990baht/night, i can't really complain. However, its too bad that the hotel doesnt seemed to have the most basic things such as toilet amenities, a kettle and coffee/tea. Also, the hotel front office can do better if they spare some initiative to provide suggestions...

After two weeks of traveling around Thailand by car we end up at The Charm Boutique Resort in Khon Kaen. Room was booked through Agoda via a link here on TripAdvisor. We stayed in Room 502. The room was very plain - standard was just above guesthouse. There was considerable mould in the shower (photos attached) - I even scrubbed...

For 1600 bahts in north east of thailand, i thought i would get more than this when i see that i get a better hotel in Phuket for half the price... First, the location, it's not in the center and hard to find. Lost in a small street. The hotel does not even have a swimming pool for that price....

Quiet tidy hotel - close to Khon Kaen University Nice hotel not too close to downtown, quiet and relaxing. Rooms are nice, good service. The parking is convenient. One needs to be aware of the distance of the hotel from the city, and the fact that some cab drivers have problems finding the place, remember the map the hotel supplies!...

It's a clean little hotel with a quiet experience. Away from the busy Khon Kaen city. Hotel is very good. They give breakfast. I stayed there for 6 weeks for a university fellowship. The staff speak little english. In the front office a girl named Oil can speak some good English. You feel breakfast is monotonous after some time. The...

This room type has big area and clean. There is no bath tube, you need to book higher room type. This hotel not far from restaurant and university but it will better if you have car or motorcycle. Overall is OK. Recommend book through agency will cheaper than direct.

I have been visiting Khonkaen 2-3 times an year, regularly for 5-6 years. Been staying at this place whenever I go to Khonkaen for the last 4-5 years. Clean place, friendly staff ( but little English, except for the owner who is usually available somewhere near the front desk

Stayed here while travelling with our Thai friends. The hotel is very close to the University and is used by mostly people visiting the University. It is a good hotel for an overnite stay. The rooms are large and the beds are comfortable something you do not often have in Thailand. Rooms are clean and the shower is good hot...

Located near the university, this modern 5 story hotel is a great place to stay. The rooms are spotlessly clean, nicely decorated and the shower is perfect. The beds are comfortable and the pillows are just right. The best part is the well-trained staff who provide genuinely friendly service. Nothing is too much trouble. The restaurant has good food at...
