This hotel is well situated in the centre of Hat Yai.very close to Central Dept store . It is nothing special but the rooms are very clean , beds are comfortable . Staff very helpful Dont bother with the food ..very ordinary

Yes. So new that the pool wasn't filled when we were there two weeks ago. Probably ok now. Make sure you book New Season SQUARE Hotel - adjacent to the old New Season Hotel

No Buffet, There is a menu card but there is not a lot of choice and the food is very basic relative to the choice you would have in most other hotels. I would think a lot of people do not eat in the hotel. They go outside... More

There was a car park accross the street that my be part of the hotel. It seemed secure and there was an attendant to help.
