This hotel is very close to the airport, and they offer a free shuttle which we took advantage of. The hotel itself was very quiet when we we there, It appears to be used as a conference centre during the day. We had booked a twin room, but to our delight when we arrived we were given a spacious double...

While this is not exactly a bad hotel, my wife and I were baffled by the high ranking – 6th of 96 hotels in Chiang Rai – this hotel has achieved. Inevitably, we are tempted to use the B&B in Chiang Mai at which we stayed for two nights just before coming here as a yardstick for judging this hotel,...

One beautiful night in Chiang Rai at the "Teak Garden" : rooms are spacious, clean, well decorated (in a Thaï traditionnal style) and romantic...maybe bathrooms are too green !!! The swimming pool is big and cute. The gardens are so beautiful at night with light lighting everywhere in the park. Great bonsaïs collection in front of the lobby : you...

I am sure this hotel was lovely a few years ago however a lot has changed since then. Our first impression of the hotel was that we could not believe how amazing it looked at such a cheap price. We had 10 days in Chiang Rai and had not settled on where we wanted to stay for our trip so we...

Very quiet and relaxing hotel. Great rooms and well maintained garden. Beautiful lobby area. Good food for dinner and breakfast. Friendly staff but unexperienced and doesn't speak even basic English which can be quite annoying especially when even reception staff can't understand what you want. Overally very nice and pleasant place.

our guide told us this was a new hotel and to expect some small problems as all the staff were inexperienced. This is certainly what we found. Very seldom were there staff at the reception desk and the dining room staff had no idea how to deal with the public. The food selection for dinner and breakfast was good and...

We didn't enjoy our stay at Teak Garden - and at the end of our stay we were surprised that so many people gave this place good reviews! We must say the rooms and the setting are pretty - but that is where the good things about this place end. Our first nasty surprise was the noisy rooms. Most standard...

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights on a group tour through Thailand. It was really an amazing hotel. It was our honeymoon and our entire room was decorated with beautiful flowers. The bed, the bathroom, the desk, everything had some kind of local floral arrangement on it, it was lovely. Our favorite part of this hotel was...

We loved this hotel. Probably the most luxury you could find for the area in Chiang Rai. Not to far to the night market either. Good food abounds at the morning breakfast buffet. The day we went we had a chance to eat lunch in the restaurant - yummy! The staff was most accomadating and went out of your way...
