Slight mix-up with our rooms but was not the hotels fault we later found out! but anyway...comfortable, ACed rooms with plenty of space...we found the un-matching flip-flops slightly strange. Our room door was warped...but for the price we paid £6/night, you cant really complain, conveniently located and a short walk from the night-bazarr. Good stay overall!

The rooms are nice with a TV and A/C and a shower. They have a free light breakfast with toast ,coffee and water. You can eat on a little patio area with chairs and tables. They have a parking lot with three spaces in case you have a car.

We travelled to chiang rai on a bus from chiang mai, and had no idea where we were staying that night. So we aimlessly walked around and found this charming guest house not very far from the bus station. We stayed for 1 night at 600 baht in a private 2 bed room. The beds were clean and kinda comfortable....

Clean and tidy traditional Thai guesthouse. Friendly and helpful staff with free coffee and toast. Great place to stay to get around. The electronics don't turn off when you leave your room which is good because I experienced this in Chiang mai. Would leave my phone charging while I was out exploring! If you have the change hire a scooter...

The value for money & quiet location saves this guesthouse. Quality wise , it needs some serious renovation, redecoration and re-training of their staff. They need to update and maintain their furnishings and interiors because things are starting to fell apart and be rotten since it is way too old already. The surroundings is just very rusty which adds to...

Very dated room but it was clean and large. Very hard bed, loud aircon unit and unable to open windows. Very poor breakfast (a banana and bread). Staff were helpful re: directions. Approx 5 min walk to bus station and 5 mins from night market and local shops.

Good location and helpful staff. However this is not now a delightful small hotel as described by Lonely Planet. Rooms and bathrooms tired seriously need an upgrade. AC noisy used fan so we could sleep. Breakfast minimal, toast and bananas! Booked for longer but decided one night was enough! Found delightful small friendly family hotel across the road which ticked...

We really enjoyed our stay at this guesthouse. The room was comfortable. The location is excellent. Breakfast is simple but certainly sufficient. The guesthouse is very close to the night market, tourist center and walking distance to the local market. The staff was very nice. I highly recommend this guesthouse.

The place is ok, I didn't feel like giving the "GOOD" mark, cause the bathroom and the doors/windows should be renewed. The location is convenient, 10 minutes from the bus station. Breakfast is not included but coffee, tea, toasts and bananas are available in the morning.

Rooms are ok to stay one/two nights but while travelling for a long time we have had better/cleaner places for the same price at comparable locations.. After we stayed here we also stayed at Baan Malai across the street which has in our opinion cleaner rooms and more service for the same prices.
