I stayed in a 'Standard Room with Fan' (Number 7) for three nights. While airy, clean and comfortable, the room was on the run-down side, with mismatched second-hand furniture and a comic print polyester blanket sans cover only as quilt. The room was on the first floor, and had a cupboard, dressing table, small bar fridge, pedestal fan and TV....

The room costed 8 dollars only for booking with Agoda. If you pay cash, it costs 350 baht (10 dollars). It was nice and clean, warm water in the shower, they provided towels and soap. There is enough furniture in the room for all your bags. A small table with a mirror. Good and free wifi. Location is nice, only...

Clean spacious room, comfy bed, excellent shower. Stu made us very welcome & gave us some old towels to take to the beach - 5 minute walk away. The highlight was winning the Tuesday night quiz with some lovely regulars!

We just walked into the first place we saw and when we left a week later we felt that we had been fortunate. The Blue Lagoon's location is excellent, near good restaurants and the beach. Stu, the friendly owner had plenty of information and suggestions on what to see and do in Cha Am. There is a weekly night market,...

The owner, Stu, was really friendly and helpful on everything we asked. He also speaks very good English. Room was great for the price. Location is near the beach and markets. You can walk everywhere if you are not afraid of stray dogs. We didn't have any problems with the dogs but there were some nearby. Not much bad to...

When whe're arrived, the owner welcomes us.He is from england. He and his staff were very friendly. The room is large and clean, with airco, the shower is good, and the place is quiet. It means you can sleep very well.In a few minutes walk you're on the beach. When we left,Stu (the owner) brought us to the station,so we could save us a taxi. THANKS

When we arrived our rooms had a few bugs, spiders and ants in the room, but not a problem we sorted that out with some bug spray and after that no problems, a little dated could use a refresh but overall close to the beach, stu is a good host and good pub quizzes held with buffet for cheap! Would...

We spent two nights at Blue Lagoon while visiting WFFT and exploring Cha Am. The hotel is in an area where it's possible to walk to many restaurants and the beach. The town is very laid back and we met several kind, helpful people hanging out at the bar area. For the price, the rooms are a great value and...

“Room 7 (fan only) get's very hot during the day, but it's fine for night time. Rooms 7's bathroom is adjacent to another toilet and you can hear people go in and and see the light shining through the air vents through into your bathroom.”

“there are 2 Blue Lagoons in close vicinity... one in Hua Hin and one in Cha-Am. If you are arriving by train or bus then make sure you state the Blue Lagoon in CHA AM and point them east towards the beach otherwise they will take you 10mins down the road to the wrong place then charge you double to bring you back where you started... its a common thing so just be aware. if your happy to walk then it really isnt that far from either the train station or bus stop (10-15mins max walk) 300bht rooms - fan room shared bathroom 350bht rooms - fan room ensuite”

“they have smaller and larger rooms, the largest ones have sofa groups and tons of space.”

“They offered access to the kitchen for coffee, but I did not find that very convenient because I was on the 3rd floor and the lounge area does not get opened until after 8. This may just be a problem for me because I am an early to bed, early to rise person. The restaurant part of the facility did not seem to be in operation while I was there.”
