Stayed here for one night. Left with insect bites all over my body from the bed. The beds need replacing or cleaning. You can't run a hotel business with insect infested beds. Tried to send a complaint email but the email address does not work.

Needed a hotel that was basically an overnight stay- but surprised that it was of a high quality, close to the city, and with pretty gardens/pool.
Side of the hotel- vila's overlooking a small rice paddy- scenic.
Nicely designed, big rooms, amazing swimming pool and good breakfast makes this a real find in an otherwise fairly boring area. The restaurant in front of the hotel serves excellent thai food even though it abutts a main road. Really worth a visit / stopover.

Also how far is your hotel from the ferry boat pier?? I have stayed with you before and arrived late at night from the train station - I think it was half an hour drive.
