I recently had a 5 night stay at this lodge and was amazed at how nice it was. The staff were all helpful and friendly and made me feel right at home. Helen at the reception desk was especially kind and friendly. The grounds are just beautiful. Walking to our bungalow was a very enjoyable experience with so many flowers...

Ilboru Safari Lodge has good and clean rooms in small houses in a beautiful garden. The food was very good and tasty. The service was good by friendly people. We all enjoyed the stay very much. Thank you.

The Ilboru Safari Lodge is well run and great fun. The traditional dance and acrobatic show around the pool on Friday and Saturday nights made the stay even more enjoyable! The meals are wonderful and the staff is warm and friendly.

The lodge is beautiful and the staff is friendly. They are helpful and accommodating and the facilities are well kept. The free breakfast offers a good variety and the restaurant food is tasty. Really no complaints!

Beautiful rooms and restaurant. Friendly staff and great food. The lodge grows its own vegetables, and finances a neighbouring orphanage with its proceeds. The orphans can get training in the inhouse farm and bakery to learn a trade. Beautiful project, beautiful location. I would recommend this place anytime to any one!

I did not stay very long, just one day before and one day after climbing Kilimanjaro but what I loved is the friendliness of employees. The place was clean and everything worked out well. The only negative point is that for double room, there is only one key for two. But that handlable :)

Ok place, more hotel then lodge really. We'd been travelling around Tanzania staying in bush lodges, so this place felt more urban. Rooms were good, & staff friendly. Food was quite good too, although service was slow.

This place was our first stop for one night on our safari trip in Tanzania. It was nice and clean. Unfortunately we didn't have the opportunity to enjoy the swimming pool but it looked like relaxing. The personnal was very friendly and professional.
