I had the pleasure of staying at the Arusha Coffee Lodge for 5 days while waiting for other members of my party to arrive in Africa for a 3 week safari. I loved the cabins, the food was wonderful and the staff were delightful and thoughtful. I did several great day trips including a 'coffee tour' on a collective organic... More

On arrival after travelling from the U.K. for 16 hours, only to find the room not ready was a little annoying, but later found out, this is more to do with the tour company rather than them. Only stayed one night before leaving for safari, but our stay was very pleasant, the rooms were fantastic, the complex was very good,... More

We had a wonderful time at Arusha Coffee Lodge. It's a great place to start and end your safari experience in Tanzania. It's very close to the Arusha airport, so it makes traveling convenient. We stayed there two nights and I loved it. The atmosphere is very nice. There is a pool, playground, lovely gardens, shop, spa, everything you could... More

After our flight to Tanzania the Arusha Coffee Lodge was our first stay before going on a safari. The lodge has lovely cottages and is located in a well kept park within the plantation. Rooms are large, but a bit o,d. The bed Salk and quit tough hence uncomfortable. All ok for only a one night stay. What really upset me... More

We spent one night here and found it to be very comfortable. Dinner, brrwkfast and lunch were all very good and tge staff was helpful and friendly. The highlight was a one hour tour we took of their coffee plantation which culminated in our guide roasting the beans and then brewing coffee for us right there. Delicious and interesting.

The place was clean, after a long safari, you enjoy the amenities in the bathroom with bathtub and shower, fine bedsheets but too many rooms so no views really. Food was good at the restaurant except for the monkeys trying to steal it. It was a good place with a short visit of the coffee plantation but not fancy nor memorable.... More

We spent one night on the front end and 2 nights after our safari. This place is great! Lovely lodges, excellent food, great service and quiet! You can have a free coffee plantation tour and tasting (allow 90 minutes). We loved our time here and were melancholy to leave.

I stayed here twice on my Tanzanian trip and found, both times, the service impeccable and the rooms spacious, well designed and comfortable. We went to the Arusha Coffee Lodge at the beginning and end of a Tanzania Safari trip. We'd already been travelling in Africa for about 10 days, so the Arusha Coffee Lodge offered a peaceful place for some rest and relaxation before embarking on some very busy touring in Tanzania. Arusha is at a higher elevation (approx 1300 meters, 4,500... More
