Might not be a fair comment as I arrived the hotel at about 1:00am (in mid-night) then left early after a quick breakfast. The staffs were nice & friendly. Breakfast was okay. Room was in rectangular shape so not much free space in between the beds & cupboard. Some difficulties to move around.

Staff friendly and most helpful. Some renovations to rooms making them much more comfortable but this is an African Hotel so don't expect things to be of the same quality as North American or European hotels. Be prepared for the shower leaking onto the floor due to the poor design.

We got a very wonderful safari tour with BobbyToursiga . Our driver guide mr. Kaspa was a true professional, found in the usual places animals. We got pretty close to predator and make wonderful photos. The whole tour proceeded without any problems. We chose the Tanzania Logde Safaris package, it was little expensive, but the accommodations and food were really...

Overall, this place met my (pretty low) expectations in terms of accommodations but far exceeded my expectations food-wise. A colleague had told me the hotel had "good bones" but was a bit run down and the rooms dated. It proved to be an accurate assessment. The circular beds were a bit bizarre and had foam mattresses but were fairly comfortable....

Oh where do I start.... Extremely overpriced for the service. Breakfast includes stale bread and an array of other stale "pastries", dry and hard "pancakes" and supposedly French toast which actually tastes like what I'd imagine cardboard tastes like. The desk staff are extremely uninterested in working and you could be there for a good 5min before one of them...

Just wanted an experience in an alternative hotel and was disappointing. The name sounds classy but you get surprised at arrival.its an old facility that has seen its glorious past.it would do with major renovations to survive the old famous name. All that said the experience was nice, good food, clean rooms, and friendly staff. My only disappointment was some non residents could find...

this hotel is in a good location central to the town...it describes itself as prestigious, luxurious and of magnificent international standard.....I'd say some poetic licence was used here....the rooms are of a good size but the bathrooms need extensive renovation...the place looks run down despite quite an opulent main entrance....some of the ground floor appears to be shared with some...

We stayed at the Impala the first night we went to Arusha. The lobby is cool and full of intricate ebony statues. We had drinks and snacks in the bar overlooking the pool. Service was reasonably good and friendly, beer cold, and snacks fine. We had a room with three twin beds - only two had mosquito netting and so...

Very basic for a 'luxury' hotel. Room had no air con. Lamps didn't work. WiFi was very touch and go. Food was not good. Staff didn't smile at all. Location is good, and pool is nice. But service and rooms are much nicer round the corner in the less popular Mvuli Hotel and a lot cheaper.
