Good rooms and very clean. Food is ok and there is a nice outside area by the pool. Good starting point for who is going on safaris or to climb Kilimanjaro. Most of the staff very friendly. overall is a good option if overnight in Arusha is a must.

Friendly staff, clean well-appointed rooms, and a great breakfast buffet made this a good choice for us. This hotel was recently renovated and rooms have been modernized. The staff was very professional and cheerful.

We stayed at Mount Meru hotel for a night before we started our safari trip. We arrived in Tanzania around 1pm and went to the hotel. As we were literally stopping over we didn't use the pool or any other facilities. The room was clean and comfortable with a great view of Mount Meru. The staff were helpful and friendly...

The hotel room is clean and modern, bed is comfortable. This seems to be a conference hotel in town, you can find business man and women during happy hour. Nice garden and swimming pool. The wifi coverage is good in every part of the hotel. The breakfast is OK but not a lot of choice. The pizza and barbeque food...

Stayed here for one night before departing. It was nice to get cleaned up after coming out of the bush. Their bar is great, the staff was very friendly. Rooms were cozy but the shower did leak a little bit but seriously, it's Africa, nothing is perfect but this is as good as it gets here. The breakfast buffet was...

We stayed here for 2 nights prior to Safari and I very much doubt we would stay again if we returned. Especially after seeing other places that Arusha has to offer for quality, staff, authenticity and price. This is far more of a conference hotel and we felt quite out of place, almost unwelcome by the staff. Breakfast was OK...

This is my second stay at this hotel and I came back because the first time was such an enjoyable experience. Checkin is fast and efficient unfortunately my room door was very difficult to open against the mechanism and the safe in the room was locked which meant a trip to reception only to be told all room doors are...
