The outdoor seating is lovely and the gardens beautiful. The rooms are average but comfortable. The buffet breakfast has copious and good selections. The dining room had salty mediocre food with long waits but pleasant staff. The front desk is unhelpful and painfully slow. Checkin and out can be time consuming. We stayed here twice and had the same experience...

We are writing a review on behalf of Boyan He, a client who stayed there for three nights after her Kilimanjaro climb with our company, she asked if we may thank the management on her behalf, she could have written a review but the fact that she has not does not mean we should not submit this on her review....

Grounds were beautiful. We got in late and left early. Our driver from JRO and to Arusha airport was fantastic and he took us around Arusha prior to our flight and we went to some stores. The hotel was nice. Security with bag scanner up front. Rooms were fine. Breakfast was standard but good. Atmosphere was very beautiful.

Better than average service. After spending days in the bush the rooms were very refreshing. The pizza was excellent. The breakfast buffet was very good. Poolside dining was lovely. I liked the pizza best and the bathtub configuration in the room least.

Stayed there for a night. They had happy hour which was awesome, cant beat 2 for 1 drinks. The rooms are small and outdated, I would expect more considering what they charge per night. The next day, we went to relax by the pool and the pool attendant was a total creep, he asked me if I wanted the keys...

This is a no frills hotel, it's clean and has all the services. Your bags and you go through security on arrival. The hotel has a swimming pool, bars and restaurants. The room is standard and lacks personality it could be any where in the world. The service was very good.

I expected a lot more from an advertised 4-star hotel at $120/night (corporate rate). The hotel was looking well past its prime, the rooms are rather small and badly designed, the lighting is depressing, and the wifi wasn't great. On my third night the fire alarm went off around 20 times over a 2-hour period between 10pm and midnight, and...

After a long day of traveling, we were happy to end up at this hotel and have a day to relax before we began our safari adventure. The hotel was beautiful, we enjoyed the pool and the restaurant and we appreciated the service.
