We stayed at this little hotel before and after our Kilimanjaro trek. Emmanuel and his staff were dedicated to giving a wonderful level of service, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were clean showers were hot, best shower ever after 8 days on the mountain! Thanks again for your wonderful hospitality.

We stayed here pre and post our mountain climb and couldn't have been more pleased. A little out of the way makes for a quieter stay, the rooms are a good size with everything you need, and the service is friendly and accommodating. Looks a treat, and doesn't disappoint. A special mention to the chef who asked us what we...

We stayed here before and after our hike up Kilimanjaro. It made our visit to Tanzania even more wonderful. It was safe and secure, quaint and very nicely laid out and decorated. The rooms are air conditioned, comfortable beds, and water was relatively consistent. We lost power due to a storm, but their generator was able to keep us powered....

We were in Arusha, Tanzania to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro and for a few days safari. If you are looking for a small quiet place but yet great service, this is the place for you. We received personal service daily from the hotel manager Emanuel. You can't ask for a more friendly gentlemen or a better smile. Chef Naomi would fix...

This was a nice hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was good; we didn't want to wait until the restaurant opened at 1930 to order our food, as we wanted to get to bed early and they were happy to let us eat earlier. They provided us with a menu shortly after check-in and we let them know what...

Our stay at Zawadi was incredible. We were arriving late to check in due to an accident on the road. By late I mean to say dinner is finished, the kitchen is closed and everyone is asleep. Emmanuel and Nicole knew we were due to arrive and because they had not seen us as yet, they contacted our tour owner/ operator...

My wife and I stayed at Zawadi House before our Kilimanjaro climb and then after our short safari. It is an excellent, reasonable priced, place to stay. Hot water was readily available (not a given in many places) and the customer service was great (particularly from the customer service manager). Lastly, I have to say the food was among the...

We spent in total three nights at Zawadi House before and after our Kilimanjaro climb and cannot be happier with this place. The bed is comfortable and there is uninterrupted supply of hot water (perfect for an overdue shower after Kili climb) and fast wifi connection. Breakfast and dinner are delicious and we really enjoyed the chicken curry dish which...

I stayed at Zawadi House with my two girls on a 3-day safari holiday. Zawadi House can be a bit difficult to find, especially when driving from Moshi, but when you get the right exit from A23 (Arusha-Moshi Road) and after passing a narrow bridge, the lodge is well sign-posted. When we arrived in Arusha, there were road works along...
