1. Check in counter staffs not properly trained. For example, when checked in they did not advised us that in fact we could enjoy clothing' free washing allowance per day. 2. Room size is incredible big. 3. Noise of air conditioning can be alloying. 4. Buffet breakfast is good.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights during a recent business trip. It is a pretty old business hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean and neat. Reception staff are friendly and can converse well in English. Breakfast was limited for vegetarians. It is located a little out of Taichung city. A decent hotel.

This was my second time staying at the Zhong Ke hotel. The first time was in 2009. The hotel staff are very welcoming and can speak enough english to be understood and to understand what we are saying. The room is clean and large with good air-con. Outside temp was 36deg celsius. We had breakfast there each morning, which was... More

This hotel is a classic business hotel and excists for many years. The room interior is a bit old school. But all is clean and fresh. Staff is correct and friendly. Breakfast is not as good as what I expected. It looks like that you need to be in time before a certain group of infameous tourists get there first...

We booked multiple rooms for two stays in this hotel during a multi-stop stay in Taiwan. What a mistake! They say the hotel is non smoking, but three of the four rooms we were initially shown reeked of smoke. They try to perfume the rooms, but this just adds another layer of stink to the equation. We assume this place... More

We arrived here at night after flight and coach ride from Taipei. Room is very huge with 2 double beds. Toilet is nothing fantastic but clean enough. No stain or any molding stuff around. Design is abit outdated but good enough for a night stay in Taichung.

Stayed for 1 night while on business. Car park directly underneath the hotel so parking isn't an issue, which can be the case in all Taiwan cities. Very friendly recepitionists and quick check in, decent sized rooms with excellent wifi as expected in a business hotel. Llocated centrally near many restaurants and bars Would have no problems staying here again... More

My colleagues always book this hotel for me when visiting Taichung. Have stayed here three times over the last 5 years. Always have been impressed with the rooms, facilities and the staff. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast with a choice between Western, Chinese and Korean dishes. Hotel does limited laundry for free when staying more than one night, very handy.

The rooms are quite big and confortable, with free wifi and internatinal tv channels. the staff is very polite and professional and can supply a very good service. The breakfast available in the hotel could be better as far as western food, but coffee and toasts are available. Close to the hotel you can find several restaurants, which can be... More

Conveniently surrounded by list of restaurant around, polite and extremely helpful hotel staff and to my surprise they were handing over a shirt belonging to my friend months ago when he is back again.I guest typically Taiwanese style, just way too polite, helpful and professional.
