It's my first time to Kenting, and I debated with myself whether to book the room, because it is not very near to the main Kenting area. I decided to book anyways, because it had such good reviews and I think I will like the quietness. With such high expectation before my arrival, I would not be surprised if somethings...

This hotel is located away from the Kenting Strip and in a quiet area with very little around so you will need a car or scooter to get around and explore the rest of the area. The perfect place to stay for a romantic, relaxed getaway. We stayed in a large, beautifully decorated room with and bath tub looking out...

We stayed for three nights, and absolutely loved Sand Hostel. It's in a quiet part of town, which is perfect for escaping the weekend crowds, but close enough that you don't feel like you're missing out. The owners were extremely helpful and arranged a motorbike for us the day we arrived, and a van to take us to the train...

I seldom wrote feeds but Sands Hostel deserved one :) The hostel itself is very cleaned, new with unique design. It should rated as "5 stars hostel" and it is even more better than standard hotel in accord to my travel experiences. Definitely worth to stay at such price!! Owner & staff are very sincere and nice. We had a...

Everything was as smooth and efficient as I could have possibly hoped for, from our our night arrival to our scooter rental to transport back to airport and everything in between. The hospitality was warm and a genuine display of what you tend to find all over this part of the country. The place is located about 10 mins drive...

A very comfortable B&B with large, beautifully decorated rooms, comfortable beds, tasty breakfast, good wi-fi. We booked late and so missed out on one of the rooms facing the sea, but next time I'll definitely book early enough to get one of these - perhaps the top floor with a bathtub on the balcony! But all the rooms look lovely....

We made our way from Taipei via hi-speed rail to the City of Kaoshiung in southern Taiwan. From there we were picked up by private taxi and taken an additional 2 hours to Sand Point on the southern most cape of Taiwan. Although the English abilities of the owners are not that great, the owner's assistant was fairly fluent and...

“Although we peeked at several of the rooms in the hotel, all were beautifully decorated but we opted for the top floor. More space and the option of the open air balcony with tub was the selling point for us. Sunny and great for tanning.”
