We visited the place a few months back, for 2 days. The rooms were spacious but the place needed a renovation. Though it was good, not upto 5star standards. The restaurant area was very crowded though it is required to take the safety precautions. Even stray cats and dogs were freely moving in the restaurent area which was very disturbing. The crowd of people were not properly managed according to pandemic situation and though food was tasty and few varieties were offered, the late comers to dine in did not have the same dishes offered. All three meals were like that. If you need to experience all dishes you should dine as soon as it opens. If you were late no options available. As a 5 star hotel the restaurnt ambiance and management were in high risk with the present careless mismanagement . Even the service was not very good but just on average level. All in all, not a place a person want to revisit in this condition.…
Unfortunately pretty worn down for a 5 Star hotel. Which might be partly due to the COVID related low occupancy. The balcony doors didn‘t close fully. So we had quite some mosquitoes in our room. The furniture was pretty basic and the food was ok. Overall not in line with our expectations for a 5* hotel and the nightly rate. There are better alternatives.
Must say from the arrival till the departure all the things were excellent. Everything was beyond expectations. All the staff were very polite and caring about their guests. The food was amazing. Thank you.
I visited this lovely hotel with some family and friends for a break and was very happy with the rooms which were spacious, very clean and were over looking the pool and beach. On the date of arrival we experienced a variety of flavourful dishes at the buffet. The staff who attended to us were polite, helpful and friendly. We were given a set menu the following day which didn’t disappoint and the staff were accommodating to some adjustments and requirements we had which was very helpful. The open plan design of this hotel was very homely and relaxing. On both days of our stay a tall lady from management enquired after our welfare which we felt was a personalised touch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit again.
We went to the restaurant of Jetwing Blue for lunch. (We were not staying over night) We came to a big and very noisy also uncomfortable dining room and we suddenly felt like beeing in a canteen at a youth hostel. Because of Covid it was not crowded, just a few families sitting and eating. The dining room is really outdated. The tableware was stainy and dirty. It took a very long time until a waiter brought us the menu card that had also stains on it and even much longer until we could order some lunch. While we have been waiting we mentioned an incredible smell of fuel. We asked a waiter and he sayd it is some polish or glaze for the floor. Food was ok but atmosphere was unpleasent and service was poor.
