Been using this resort as one of my go-to places during my Jeju visits... But I am now avoiding this place. It was once an exclusive membership only resort.... Now it's become a normal resort with worse services and lacking any premium feelings. Breakfast buffet has to be one of the worst meals I've come across lately. Wifi only in... More

Best times for this "luxus" ressort are over... Rooms aren't clean, breakfast on bed and breakfast level, staff not friendly (except the guy for the sauna area, who is on five star level), management failed!!!

A simple big hotel with out atmosphere in the middle of nowhere . No international service like place where it is possible to enjoy a beer in the resort. No internationational food in the resort or in this aria around the resort. You have to drive 30 km to find food for international customer. Ther is a wery simple kitcen... More

Here for a conference. It's about an hour from the airport and therefore somewhat isolated. It could be the time I was here (March start of spring) but it seemed very unkempt. Pool side cabanas dusty and abandonded looking. To be fair, it's probably all up and running in summer. The restaurant was pretty expensive and you can't really go... More

ROOMS ARE NOT MAINTAINED PROPERLY!!! I am writing this review before we checkout tomorrow. Room 2306 bathroom smelled a bit when we first walked into our room but we were really tired and thought it would go away so we didn't say anything. Then we couldn't stand the extremely foul smell from the bathroom any longer (even with the window... More

We stayed at this resort for a conference and were very disappointed by the property. The quality of the rooms seemed to vary greatly based upon the other guest rooms that we visited. Our room request was not in order upon arrival. The upkeep in our room was very poor - wall paper peeling and strange repair marks on the... More

My wife & I stayed for a week in this resort. Though it is far away from the Jeju airport it is well connected and easily accesible. The hotel is in a great location with excellent view of the sea, mount halla, a light house and few ponds & a swimming pool. The rooms are large, with a basic Kitchenette... More

The hotel is located in a picturesque location but a bit far from the main tourist locations. The property is good. The staff try to help but have language limitations. Only a few speak English. You need to be patient. Try to stay with the local food. It is better by far. There are no other options for eating closer... More

The location is isolated, but pretty. If you want isolated, this is the place for you. I was here for a conference, so the isolation is not too much of a nuisance. Lack of light in the corridors is a nuisance. The main building corridors are VERY dimly lit. No iron in the room - and no irons available at... More

I stayed for one night and would have expected a bit more for this price range. the hotel is an odd design with the reception on the third floor. My room had a double bed but an older style tv. There was a kitchenette in the room but no cutlery or crockery. There was water damage on the floor near... More
