This hotel is within 5 minutes walk to the beach, about 20 minutes by car to the city and 30 minutes to Seongsan Ilchulbong Sunrise Peak (UNESCO Heritage). It's quiet and remote unlike the other hotels along the beach which is by the road side. Within 10-15 minutes stroll along the seaside, there are many restaurants and convenient stores. Breakfast...

I wouldn't call this "a nice hotel". It's clean and not too worn, but spartan on most fronts. Room decor consists of one print hanging on the wall between the beds. Furniture is sparse and plain. No desk, no desk lamp - no practical place for a laptop or tablet. Big TV is great, but there are NO ENGLISH CHANNELS....

A perfect hotel to RELAX and with a great view! Breakfast is very good with both Korean and European style AND good coffee! There is no pool, no work-out room, no bar but the rooms have a good size with the necessary accessories. It is on the quiet side of the island so if you prefer bars, clubbing etc choose...

An affordable, simple, clean, friendly hotel close to the beach but not in the crowded town center. On the ocean side, lovely views of the water. A good place to join the Olle Trail, even if the location is in the middle of one section of the trail. An easy very inexpensive bus rides into the center of Jeju City...

Jeju Island is definitely not famous for its beaches - because there are only very few of them. One of the really nice ones ist that of Kamdeok. Sunshine Hotel is the best place there to go, with a real good value for money. The Hotel is situated in a green little park (which is not usual at the place),...

Traveled to Jeju for 3 nights, 4 days in the month of August 2014. The hotel is little known and is off the beaten track. But, surprisingly it is quite well maintained, and has nice rooms with good view of the sea. My take about this hotel --> Pros: 1) Nestled away from the usual touristic places on the island....

Go for the quiet, and the beach. The hotel is fine, surprisingly clean and well-maintained, and quiet. Most rooms face the beach, with a small balcony, and great view of the water. I assume its main business is for wedding parties, as the restaurant and grounds are well set up for big groups and picture-taking. The staff were very helpful...

These hotel has nice lobby. Rooms are big. Good breakfast. Everything was ok except you get one bottle of water a day for one room whether your in twin or even triple sharing. And these is the only hotel I ever stay that does not provide shampoo. You need to buy the shampoo. Hotel is way out of the city....

Overall the hotel itself is lovely. Typical hard Korean bed but generally the property is well kept and the view is lovely. Breakfast is a huge spread with Korean and western options. No coffee or tea in room and no microwave. Staff speaks very little English.
