The location is great on the Haeundae Beach and really close to the main "strip". 10min walk from Haeundae subway station. We had a sea view room with balcony, which was really good. We took evening drinks watching the sunset, lovely.

I will start with good things:
1- nice location on the beach
2- good building design

For bad things:
1- room service, concierge (except one) and front desk staff English...More
A wonderful location with rooms looking over the Haeundae beach from own balcony. Sauna was simple and down to earth (so nothing fancy) but nice, offering a selection of hot water baths (one of which is located outside looking over the beach) and steam rooms....More
I have visited this place lots of times since I was young. It has been always good to stay. Especially after it has renovated the pool and built a library, it became much better to enjoy the pool. I love this place in the summer,...More

There is an airport shuttle bus, that tours the hotels in the Haeundae area. The route is from Domestic Airport -> International Airport -> Westin Chosun -> Novotel -> Paradise -> Return to the Airports. I dont remember the cost, but it is far cheaper than taking a taxi. And the seats are very comfortable and wide.

This isn't a jjimjilbang, so swimsuits are required in the Cimer spa area. The Cimer area has multiple hot tubs at different temperatures, but it is all outdoors so it would depend on how cold tolerant you are whether or not using it in December would work. I think it's be awesome, personally. As for tattoos, I have several and did not have a problem, but Koreans do tend to dress more modestly (i.e., long sleeved shirts) in the pool areas. I do not think there would be an issue with tats, but if it is truly concerning, you could email the hotel to ask. There is a traditional western spa/sauna where you can get massages that I did not visit, so I do not know specifics about that.
