Upon arrival we had a misunderstanding with the on-call manager that later was settled so first we had a bad impression of the hotel but as we got to our rooms (5th floor gorgeous view of the lake) everything started to change for the better. You MUST try the breakfast buffet, so tastefully done the person in charge of the...

This hotel which is located in a busy area in Tiberias is an island of peace and relaxation. Over the years we have gone past this hotel many times on the way to other places in the north of Israel and never imagined what lay beyond the gate! Upon arrival we were told that we had been upgraded to an...

My husband and I stayed here recently for two nights. I should start off by saying that as we were being shown to our room, we were told that we were in the best room in the hotel so my review may not pertain to other rooms in the hotel. The room we were in was described as an antique...

This hotel is based next to the Sea of Galilee (Kineret). The history of the hotel is very interesting and should be read by all guests. The service is excellent and the staff is very nice and polite. The room is clean and comfortable. The pool is big and fun to swim in. All seats have 2 towels which is...

We spent a lovely time at the Scots hotel. My recommandation is to chose the antique rooms with view to the lac. Breakfast & Dinner are with a impressive choice. The pool is too noisy but it is easy to find few other quite places. The door to the lac is always closed so need to take the way out...

We had high expectations for this hotel, and in part they were maintained: the location is superb and the facilities are pretty good, though they start looking somewhat old. For the rest, it was a bit of a deception: first of all, the service was in large part insufficient, with many of the staff not able to manage the minimum...

From the time we made our reservations (worked with Sharbel) with the hotel to the time that we left, you feel that everyone makes the effort to take care of you and give you the best possible experience with your stay. The location is wonderful. The view of the Sea of Galilee from their garden is amazing and the food...

When we were shown into our room overlooking the Sea of Galilee I went "Wow!" A wonderful view from our large and clean room. A very attractive breakfast room with excellent breakfasts. The gardens are lovely which was fortunate as we stayed over Shabbat and there didn't seem to be any boats running and, Tiberius being quite rundown with only...

You would think that $500 per night hotel, with such a solid reputation, would guarantee a fancy room and great amenities. Well, think again. To start with, if you are planning to bring your kids with you, I advise you to stay away! The big and heavy metal doors that scattered around the premise (watched the fingers), bad attitude from...
