I arrived to the hotel early and requested early check in. Ilan Sagron the manager on duty greeted me at the front desk. He arranged my transportation, restaurant reservation and much more. It felt like a personal concierge.

Super Located. Very nice hotel and great service.
The food is very good and the evening shows are great .
Children have a lot of activitys .
Big swimming pool and nice private beach

Though the room was spacious, it was not clean nor well maintained. Furthermore, the food was not worth eating--especially for the price. I would not consider this a resort, and it should not be advertised this way.
