the hotel old and the rooms are very basic. if you are looking for a simple place with low budget it could be ok. it pays only if the price is very low. we did not use any of the hotel facilities or food. also ask for a renovated room with ocean view.

I stayed with my family. The wifi was not working. The staff was friendly. Rooms were small. No coffee or tea bags in the room. No soap either. The location is very far from the city center. I was afraid to go out after 6 pm so as not to lose my parking spot.

The hotel is overall old, with an effort to start an overall renovation. The lobby has been renovated, but not the restaurant. Sadly, the wifi is only available at the lobby area. As this hotel is by the Sea of Galilee/Tiberias, the view from the restaurant is undeniably spectacular, esp. during sunrise and sunset. Most of the rooms haven't been...

Really it was amazing. The Rooms were well maintained compared to last year., A Great stay near the shore of Galilee. The Wifi system is to be upgraded. not sufficient for all and moreover only in lobby you get it. Food choices are great. overall its a good place to stay..

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights as part of a Group tour of Israel. There were many groups simultaneously staying and the check-in, dining and lobby were absolutely chaotic. The rooms were very basic with no coffee/tea sachets though a microwave and coffee jug was available. No cosmetics and toiletries, two TVs (one not working), tube light on dressing...

In connection with a tour of Israel we got into this hotel for a group. The hotel was quite depressing! The hotel has really deserves a thorough renovation because the current state does not deserve even the three stars are not! The food quality is acceptable, but a poor choice. The restaurant even though it was huge, terrible crowd, mostly...

Got the hotel during Sukot holiday for a very attractive price which was lower than renting a reasonable zimmer. I agree with other reviews in that the hotel staff is trying its best, but the infrastructure is just old and bad. The room was big enough to fit 5 of us, but the smell on the way from the elevator...

We were not planning to resort here. This place was made for families with kids for resorting by the poolside during the day and just going to sleep at night. No wifi in the rooms. Old 60-70's style hotel and needs updating. Holes in sheets and uncomfortable bed. My partner and I both were itching all night. Unsure what that...

Breakfast and dinner are ok. Swing pool OK . standard rooms in bad shape. OK to visit if you get very low rate the justifies the low room quality. Also many other spots in the hotel are not well maintains and cleaned. The location is far from the center of the city and you need car/taxi to get to restaurants...
