Within walking distance to the port (there's a real nice walking"highline"), shops and restaurants (though they serve meals at the hotel, as well), this hotel is a good option for tourists. Its best is location, for sure. The swimming pool area was closed when I went, but all areas are in need of renovation. The view from the window is...

Situated on Galilea see has a private beach and access to the sea. Has an amazing views from the room. Only one disappointment had no rooms with balconies overlooking the sea front. Food is always fresh and tables are always full of it. Very polite and friendly staff. We got wi-fi for free, but normally have to pay about $4...

Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback. I am glad that the room and staff satisfaction. The hotel is located on the shores of Lake Kinneret, 5 minutes walk from the city. Although the need to go a bit to get to the center, the location gives the hotel a quiet atmosphere and parking without a problem. I will be...

After a last minute decision to spend the night in Tiberias, we booked a room that was supposed to have a panoramic view of the sea. Our room had a side angled window of the sea, not a panoramic view as advertised. More importantly, this hotel is in desperate need of renovation. Everything from the horrible smell and dirty hallways,...

This hotel has a beautiful view of the Sea of Galilee. It is central to most of the places you will want to visit in Northern Israel. It is very clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast and dinner buffets were tasty and convenient. Loved the quiet atmosphere of this hotel.

Smoking technically not allowed in any room, but our room stank of smoke, and we had baby with us. They gave us a new room which still smelled but not nearly as bad. One of workers then tells my wife in passing that it's probably not prior guests violating the rules, but the cleaning person who smokes all the time...

As soon as we arrived my two year old son was crying. The hotel manager picked him and took him to the bar and gave him a bottle of juice. A few minutes later staff came around and handed out popsicle to all the kids. This alone was a great first impression on the service the hotel offers. The building...

Was really surprised this hotel had a 4 star rating on Tripadvisor. There was no info when we booked it on their site that their beach and pool are under construction. On the plus side - they did give us free passes to the Blue Beach which was nice. Breakfast was pretty good and the view on the Sea of...

Currently the place is well located (practically waterfront) but has no view and no public access because there is what appears to be a stalled construction job between the hotel and the water. If you plan on coming here, ask first about the construction.
