Booked this property for a two night stay at 17:32 pm throught Booking.com for checking that night. Called the property a few minutes later asking if we would be allowed to bring our dog with us. Was told by the front desk we were not and agreed to cancel the reservation for a full refund. I cancelled the reservation through booking.com at 18:02... 30 minute after booking. Was only refunded one night. Since then, I called the property asking to have this one night refunded, like we agreed, but they refused. I also called booking.com multiple times and am consistently being told they cannot process the refund until the property authorizes it. My point is that if the property management does shady business like that, you should avoid staying there.
