This is a wonderful place to stay. Everything was outstanding. The linen was white fresh and spottlesly clean. Very comfortable beds. Bathrooms are beautiful and very clean and fully equipped with shampoo conditioner and body wash. Lovely white towels. The host is extremely accommodating. If you are in Tzfat this is the place to stay. I can't wait to come back again.
I stayed at the Spirit of Tzfat in July 2017. We were a group of 13, and this house could not have suited us better. There was a 1 bedroom suite for the grandparents, a 2-room suite for a family of 4 and a 4-room suite for a family of 7. We arrived late in the evening so the manager wasn't available to meet us right away. I ended up calling the owner, who talked me through getting inside and setting up the air conditioning for everyone. She checked back regularly and was extremely helpful. We had no problems getting inside and settled on our own. As far as staying in the house, the cousins loved being together and the parents/grandparents loved the beautiful, spacious surroundings. Every morning Grandpa walked downstairs to the bakery (or around the corner to the grocery store) to get breakfast. The living room had plenty of space for all of us to sit and eat together. The only issue we had was that the dryer broke after our first load of laundry. We all tried to fix it, as did the manager, but in the end they called a serviceman to come look at it while we were out during the day. The nice thing about this place is that we had keys to lock off each suite, so it was easy to lock up any valuables knowing that a stranger would be in the apartment while we were away. And that night we did a lot of laundry. One thing to note is that there is a fairly large flight of stairs to get inside, which my MIL struggled with a bit. And it's on the opposite side of a hill from the Old City - about a 15 minute walk that includes going over the hill. We ended up driving most places due to the grandparents difficulty with walking around outside. But the house is lovely and was a perfect home base for our tours around the northern part of Israel.…

We stayed at The spirit of Tzfat villa for a weekend and it was perfect. The place is clean and well maintained, stunning design, comfortable beds, reasonable price and really fun and pleasant atmosphere. The villa is suitable for groups of up to 8 adults and 14 children and the children enjoyed it very much. Anyone looking for a place to stay in Safed - I highly recommend !!!!
The villa was exactly was even better than I imagined. Simcha the hostess was very helpful and accommodating and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and attractions in the area. The villa was clean and we especially enjoyed the comfy beds and bathtub. All in all, I have nothing but good experiences from both the villa and the surrounding area.
