The hotel grounds and views are absolutely gorgeous! Unfortunately, there's a lot left to be desired for the customer service, especially at the reception desk. The hotel rooms are pretty nice, however, the drainage in the sink and bathtub was not good. The spa service is not good. When I arrived I asked to book a spa. The reception took...

I stayed at the hotel on a business trip earlier this month. Unlike Chaim G I thought the food was poor. Low point was a night when, despite having been told by the receptionist that dinner was available, the dining room staff refused to serve me and insisted on my having room service. There was no room service menu in...

I stayed at the above hotel on two separate occasions for about 6 nights in total for work. Nice location close to the old town. For me personally... the young lady (Debbie) at the reception made a tremendous difference. Nothing was too much trouble for her, laundry, flowers, and she did it all with a smile... just part of her...

I enjoyed this hotel located in the center of Safed/Tzefat. The receptionist was wonderful: super sweet, friendly, and helpful. The room was cute, clean, and homey. The lightening was a little dark, but it did not bother me. Would come here again.

We paid way too much for our Deluxe room, which was not worth the extra money per night. Our family members had 2 other standard rooms and paid far less. All of our rooms were dirty. Don't walk barefoot as the floors were filthy! The food is kosher, but the dishes at dinner looked saucy and unappetizing. The Breakfast included...

What a beautiful location. Beautiful hotel terraces nooks and crannies. Sevices- non existent. Simple things like soap, not available. Tissues not available. Service in the restaurant not available. This is being run like a youth hostile. For a very expensive price.

Dear Dave, We would like to thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are sorry that the service provided to you was not satisfactory. As you can see by many positive reviews this is not the standard to which the hotel aspires. Once a day a maid passes through the rooms to freshen them up and...
