Our original room was unavailable to they immediately moved us to a nearby location that was excellent.. It was a suite with a kitchen, big bathroom and a nice bedroom, with a large balcony with a great view of the valley below.. Very clean and comfortable. A nice breakfast was provided m not to far away. I think they have...

This room was in an excellent location. It had a breathtaking view of Safed. The place was nicely furnished. BUT this place felt like it wasn't cleaned in a long time. It had a bad smell. The couch was sticky. I was disgusted during my entire stay. & the breakfast is a minimal menu & really not appetizing!

This was simply the worse value and service hotel I have ever had the misfortune to stay at. I paid USD 360 per night and for this amount a reasonable standard should be expected. No receipt was given for the payment of the hotel fee paid in cash. This was requested three times The room was not made up and...

We stayed for one night and had great time. The suite was quite big, well equipped and the view from the balcony was absolutely great. Zefat is very interesting and we enjoyed walking around the artists work shops. We also visited Rosh Pina which we found charming and had dinner( a lot of choice!)

I was nervous booking Pelech Harrimon because I could tell that there was no attendant on site. We would be driving in from Haifa and I didnt want to be stranded outside especially in a challenging city to navigate in, Safed. But I call several times to remind Eti when I'd be arriving and she was there. Now the good...

There was NO staff! Had to wait over an hour for someone to come and check us in. The entire three days we were there, NO ONE was there to offer any assistance. NO PARKING, had to feed the meter, and in three days, we got TWO tickets!! The free breakfast was about a 10 minutes walk to the restaurant,...
