Tel Aviv, Israel
The hotel is beautifully designed, it’s part of Isrotel’s exclusive collection. Fantastic views and terraces, maybe among the best in Israel. Service and food were very good, pool and SPA were also very nice, the room had a beautiful design but the value for money wasn’t according the expectations. The room was not well cleaned, there were some problems with the shower and water going out since it wasn’t well sealed, acoustics were not the best but what surprised me most is that the TV channels were very limited. We liked it very much, but for such an hotel level and price paid I didn’t expect those issues.

I will start my review with a good thing. the hotel is beautifully decorated and everything is green and nice. like a jungle. this is the only thing that was positive about my stay. Pandemic times are hard and hotels need to be very creative and unique in order to attract tourists. I heard many things about this place (ISROTEL Hotels) and decided to try. I paid 1718 NIS for a night. All the facilities were closed due to the restrictions. I knew it before and i thought the price will be cheaper. but not. No mini bar in the room. My room view was disgraceful. seriously. it was embarrassing. we ordered a dinner to the room and 5 minutes later we got in a boxes without plates. seem like it was ready and they just put it in the microwave. what a joke. later we wanted to order fruits to the room and they said we can’t because the kitchen is closed. 10 pm. In the morning we got the breakfast to the room in boxes too. some of them were half open and the inside half empty. what a shame. The Internet was very slow during our stay. Five stars hotel with a one star service and hospitality. i will never visit this hotel again.

As many others have said, the place is beautiful - stunning, really. The service is less. First, on arrival, there was no parking as the staff hadn’t monitored the parking and many people were parked diagonally taking up two spots - welcome to Israel. There was neither a valet nor a bell boy to help with our bags - which, considering we arrived with two visibly pregnant women, was disappointing. Upon arrival at our room, it smelled like sewage. Apparently the cleaning crew agreed, because they’d left the windows open, and a ton of bugs stayed with us the entire trip - including a cricket who woke us up all night until we caught him and ushered him out. The carpets - apparently new - were also shedding a ton of fuzz all over the place. Also, the property is blanketed with mosquitos. You’d think they’d do something about that like set up traps, spray, or at least put mosquito repellant in the amenity kits. So, yes, the service and experience were lacking, which is a shame, because as I said, it’s one of the nicer properties we’ve stayed in in Israel. I will say that they did send a survey and when I responded (mid trip) that the experience was sub par, they immediately called me to learn more and resolve it. But, given that i was trying to relax and wind down from a very sub par first day, I didn’t want to deal with it or explain my answers in the middle of my vacation. One other thing that drove me crazy: the entire patio / deck area is built like a trampoline. If you’re trying to rest on the balcony and enjoy the view, read, or sun bathe, you’re in for a ruse awakening - literally. No matter who walks on the patio - even if they’re a 95 pound woman on the other side altogether, you will be violently jolted and shaken. After 30 minutes of this, I gave up altogether and went indoors rather than have my breakfast shaken within me. Spa staff was lovely though - had a great massage. Breakfast staff reasonably friendly as well. Food was pretty darn good - if you know what to choose. The first day, I did not. Overall, worth a visit - but perhaps not worth the price until the service improves.

It used to be a charming hotel, with antique furniture, spacious rooms, diverse natural tea stand, beautiful top floor garden just to name a few, its all gone...dull furniture, small crowded room, and its on a bed and breakfast services for a dinner youll have to add 200 shekels per person...
