Excellent intimate hotel with fantastic staff.

Michael and Sheldon on the front desk are wonderful, and do everything they possibly can to accommodate any request.
My Diamond status is always recognized, and rewarded, and they always make me feel at home and very welcome.

Rooms are on the small side but beautifully designed and very modern.

Breakfast is not your usual huge Israeli buffet, but a smaller high quality affair including an excellent small buffet with greats cheeses, salads and pastries, plus an A la cart menu to order hot items from all included.
Excellent Japanese restaurant too, operating for lunch and dinner.

Also nice small pool area and bar on the rooftop.

This has become my home away from home and my point of choice when staying in the Tel-Aviv area.

The Indigo hotel in Tel Aviv is located in the business district about a 30-minute drive from the airport, TLV or a 20-minute train ride together with a 10-minute walk. There is limited parking available at 3rd party providers so a car is difficult and expensive, however you are only a short walk from the TLV centre train station and the hotel provide a shuttle to the beach at set times. The hotel is nice and modern with an upmarket Japanese restaurant at the ground floor, a small gym on the 9th floor and a rooftop pool on the 10th floor. The rooms are a good size and has well working aircons and good working spaces. The only real drawback is the location away from downtown and which also means there is limited food options around the hotel.

Amazing service and the pool has an awesome view,
Also the breakfast is a really good value for money.
I’d really recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit Tel Aviv without going bankrupt while being 5 minutes away from the city centre using the light rail.
Thanks again to the amazing staff ❤️

I pay for this room suite 600 euro believing that the hotel being part of an international hotel chain could offer a good service to the guests even during Sabatt.
this was not the case- i was replied that i could not have hot milk because they could not use any sort of machine....
so i asked them how they could bring cleaned and hot glasses and plates from the kitchen.... i do believe they were using dishwash machine during covid 19!

The Indigo in Ramat Gan is a boutique hotel and belongs to the IHG group, that was the main reason for me to book it. Hotels are in general super expensive in Tel Aviv, but I think this one is one of the cheapest 5 Star hotel you can find there. The location in walking distance to the Savidor station is very convinient, if you want to use public transportation (which I would clearly recommend in Israel). The Lobby area is small and nicely decorated, the staff is very friendly. The rooms and beds are definitely small but modern and clean. We also tried the Japanese restaurant on the first night we arrived at Tel Aviv. It was very delicious food, but quite expensive (again, its Tel Aviv ;-). Breakfast was very good, with a good choice of extras and a nice little buffet. On the rooftop you will find a little pool and loungers and a little bar. Unfortunately, we had no time to hang around there during the day, we just went up once for the views.

I had mixed feelings about this hotel. It is definitely not a 5-star hotel, as it claims. I booked it for two nights as it was very close to some business meetings I had. The staff was quite friendly and helpful, especially the breakfast staff. The breakfast itself was decent, with good choices and fresh products. The room was disappointing: the decor was a bit dated; the room was pretty small for the price paid; I had two tiny single beds (80cm wide) ... the smallest bed I've slept in since I was a child ... one bed for me and one bed for the suitcase; noise insulation from the street and from the corridor was not good enough. The internet connection was reasonably good, while not being the fastest ever. I would probably stay again but I might look for a better option.

Wi-Fi iffy seemingly often saturated. Reception took random amount from colleague on checkin and then it took days to resolve. I went to the pool after getting back from the office and got kicked out 30mins later for which I was told there was a staff function. There only ever seems to be one person on reception so can take an age to get served if there is a queue. Breakfast was good especially staff in the breakfast area, rooms and hotel overall otherwise was good but certainly room for improvement in more than one area which could turn is from average into very good.

Awful service. While the one staff member was friendly, the service was just terrible. On numerous occasions in the same day we asked about room service and kept being told (1) we will receive a menu (we never did) and (2) restaurant opens at 7.30. At 7.30 we went there only to be told that there’s no staff so we should just order from Wolt (the local Deliveroo). Would’ve been great to know that hours before.
They market a rooftop pool which is closed.
Coffee machine didn’t work.

We had only one night in Tel Aviv and we chose this hotel due to price, availability and location (near the train station to get to the airport).
The room was very clean and modern.
The staff were extremely helpful and there is a shuttle service complimentary to prime destinations.

I stayed at the hotel at the beginning of the month and found all the staff to be helpful and accommodating.
The rooms are small but for a single person traveling for business, all you need.
The room was clean and the AC was a godsend.
I'd be happy to stay again

Or take one of the tours. From the hotel or go online to find a tour operator. Then they will take you to the sites and show you around. The tours online are less than the hotel.

Dear DannekaS, Thank you for your question on tripadvisor. We have a very nice gym in the hotel which is open 24/7. We do not offer personal training services in the hotel itself. We do offer our guests the option to use a very nice and well equipped gym near the hotel, there it is possible to make an appointment for a personal training. We will be very happy to host you in our hotel.
