The Ohalo is located right on the Sea of Galilee. The morning views and sunrise over the Sea are amazing. You can take a walkway down to the water. The hotel is average with 2 twin beds, tv, dresser, refrigerator, teapot, and air conditioner. The bathroom has a shower stall, toilet, and a sink with no where to sit your... More

When I learned that we were staying at a Kibbutz I was a bit reluctant but when I arrived I was delighted by the surrounds right on the Sea of Galilee. The rooms were simple but comfortable & clean. The meals were excellent and rated right up there with 4 star places I've stayed. It was quiet and serene. Great... More

Spacious rooms, with fridge and kettle. Buildings are a little weary, but lovely surroundings. A short walk down to the beach (a sign says swimming is prohibited, but that’s just because the hotel has no Baywatch, and therefore don’t take any responsibility). You may find lizards in the room, but they are harmless… Good breakfast. The nearest town is quite... More

My family of four stayed at Ohalo Manor in late August of 2016. That's the absolute height of the tourist season... Tiberias (the town nearby) was jam-packed with people, the free beaches were mobbed... so we were VERY happy to have picked Ohalo, which is outside of the hustle and bustle of Tiberias. Ohalo has beautiful grounds, amazing views and... More

I stayed here for 4 nights in a twin room as part of a group of ~ 45. The room was very good - the beds were comfortable and it was of a very good size. There was a decent bathroom with a bath shower (I could just about fit in the bath!). There were tea and coffee making facilities... More

We stayed at the Ohalo Manor Inn from February 29, 2016 to March 2nd. We originally only planned on staying for one night but the place worked so well for us that we booked two more. Our party consisted of my wife and I plus our two daughters ages 10 and 14. We booked on-line the day before as we... More

We stayed here with a tour group. I absolutely loved this place and it felt like home. I only wish we could have stayed longer than the 2 nights we spent here. We had a large room with a fold-out couch for our teenage son. The bathroom had a jacuzzi tub and a large shower. Everything was very clean, the... More

This hotel has a great location, wonderful food (with kind staff that are incredibly accommodating to allergies), clean and pleasant rooms and a lovely overall atmosphere. It feels less like being in a hotel and more like living in a beautiful village by the Sea of Galilee.

We have stayed in many budget accommodations in our many years of travel, so we are accustomed to basic rooms, but this facility is very rundown due to years of neglect. Our shower frame was falling off the wall and was not corrected even when we reported it. My husband had to fix the toilet seat and the bathroom needed... More
