Staying at Sami’s hostel was one the best memories back from Jericho. It was not only really nice stay (we stayed there 2 days longer, than we had planed), but also a good experience. Altough its 20 minutes walking from city center, but is located in the refugee camp, which turned in to small country and there was friendliest people...

One of the best hostels in the West Bank, nice staff to deal with. They facilitate our trip and tours specially that it is located in a historical area (Jericho). I advice everyone to go there and use the tours plans as one of to do list.

Sami and his Family arme wonderful hosts! They invited us to share family dinner with than and showed us the best placed to visit in Jericho. Sami also helped us to plan further activities as to meet beduines, visit Patra in Jordan and take a bath in the spa at the Deas Sea. We only wanted to stay one night...

Sami hostel, named after the owner, is more than just a place to stay. Like with most accommodation in Jericho, it is also located out of town but priced very reasonably. I paid 200 shekels for two nights in a triple, shared bathroom instead of 120 per night. If you can brush away the worn interior and minimalistic design you...

Originally we hadn't planned to stay in Jericho but when we had found Sami's youth Hostel we didn't want to leave anymore and stayed for 4 nights. We were welcomed by Sami and his family with open arms and a lot of hospitality. So the hostel was not simply a place to stay but became a home for us and...

We were looking for an Hostel to stay in during our trip in Jericho..and we found a family. The structure is like the one of an Hotel: a big and comfortable hall at the entrance; clean rooms (max 2-3 persons); big and always clean bathrooms; wonderful coffee and mint tea; Very easy to be reached by the very frequent Bus...

“All rooms are OK, but the higher floors offer a view. The مؤذّن , muaḏḏin, muezzin call early in the morning is quite ethereal and beautiful. It is of course is a little louder on the eastern side due to the position of the مسجد‎ , masjid, mosque. (BTW...You either accept that such customs exist in this area or you don't visit. i.e. When in Rome do as Romans do ! But if you don't want the "full" local traditional experience then some inexpensive ear plugs may come in handy.)”
