I am a guide with a group at the hotel. The group made a minor request to have chairs on the beach for a morning service. The manager went out of his way not only to be unhelpful, arrogant and pontificating , he all but said he didn't care if the future groups don't come back to this hotel. Not...

There are only a few seaside hotels I know of on Sea of Galilee; of those with rural, garden settings, I have experience with Ma'agan, Nof Ginosar, and Ein Gev. This year I stayed, again, at Nof Ginosar. Everyone raves about food, and it good and abundant. The Village with cottage-like accommodations is fun. In the actual hotel, the Grand...

We took another group to tour Israel recently and wanted to change up the experience a little for those who were on a repeat trip. We decided to stay in this Kibbutz and it was a wonderfully delightful stay during our time in the Galilee region. We had great rooms, lovely food and a very enjoyable park like campus to...

We did not stay here. We had lunch in the restaurant with our tour group, on a day trip from a cruise ship. Lunch was a buffet, with a good selection of tasty food. We had time to visit the hotel shop after lunch! A great souvenir shop, and we picked up several souvenirs. A very good stop for lunch...

I liked everything about this hotel: location, room, food, staff, grounds, price, everything. It's in a kibbutz that's been here on the shore of the Sea of Galilee since the 1930s. The hotel is newer, very modern, and the price is right too. Absolutely recommended.

The place has so many amenities; great rooms with quiet. the views are average. The buffet meals were superb - just too many great choices. You can swim in the Sea of Galilee. There's museum nearby. You can go for boat rides on the Sea. It has good shopping for "memories." People were most helpful.

It's our second time coming here with the family and we had a great time again. so much green and so many places fro the kids to "be kids" staff is accommodating and very patient. its close to most place you would visit in the north and if you want to just relax on the beach it's open all year...

We loved our stay here. It is a beautiful facility with an outstanding buffet. Walking distance to the "Jesus boat" and boat trips on the sea of Galilee. Beautiful outdoor spaces with hammocks, etc.; wonderful to stay in this calming space after a day or touring. The only downsides are that you would need a car to travel here independently...

This hotel is in a beautiful part of Israel ideally located for visitors to the Hula Valley (bird watchers) and all points north. There is lots to do a short drive away. The lobby and grounds are lovely and we found the food particularly delicious. We had both breakfast and dinner there. Copious fresh and tasty buffets. Half board is...
