We stayed here for one night whilst on a tour. The hotel is built into the walls of the old city and an amazing place to explore from. You felt really part of the historical city. We wanted to relax for an hour in the sun and went onto the roof terrace but it was empty and totally underused -...

Rooms are great, location is great, but more importantly, here they treat you like family and take good care of you. There are limited parking spaces in front of the hotel but the manager will block one off for you with his car. When we asked about laundry, the manager just told us to leave it with him: it came...

Beautiful small hotel in a 300 years old building, in the old city of AKKO (Acre) Rooms are small, but nice. Amenities are o.k, but not great. Would have been nice to find al least a bottle of water in the rooms. Breakfast is nice and the man at the reception is very helpful.

Akkotel in the middle of Akko's old town has a lot going for it: the location is great, the old, probably Ottoman, building is attractive, the staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are comfortable and modern without being super fancy. But I had the feeling a lot more could be done: breakfast was a little uninspired, there was no...

We stayed are a family of five and stayed for two nights in a triple room which worked perfectly for us. The room has a double bed on the floor you enter and then twin beds on a mezzanine level. There is also a fold out single bed on the mezzanine level. The rooms are large so we did not...

The hotel located in the old town wall. It is close to all Akko attractions. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are big and comfortable. The breakfast was so rich that we won't be able to eat in the afternoon! The price is considerable for the hotel location and amenities. We spent a wonderful time in the...

This is a really nice boutique hotel. We were two couples, and we all had an enjoyable stay. Our rooms were a nice size, with an adequate bathroom. Nice breakfast with a variety of local and international options.

Did not disappoint. Really, truly built into the walls of the old city, really truly boutique. The rooms were designed to resemble the Ottoman Empire, even kinda Crusader-y. The place is spanking clean, down to the fact that they have wastebaskets in the halls outside the rooms; very convenient. Staff is friendly, breakfast was ample. One feature that could be...

Akkotel is a restored old palace built in to the actual city wall of Old Akko (Acre). It is a most unusual building, and situated in a superb location allowing all the tourist sites to be reached on foot within a few minutes. Our bedroom was quirky, as would be expected in accommodation carved out of a massive defensive wall,...

Beautiful entrance, intriguing architecture, great breakfast. Then go home and throw all your clothes in the wash and dry them on the hottest heat for 30 minutes, pick up anti itch cream-'cause the horrible looking room is infested with bedbugs. I had 23 bites- and I stayed one night. You decide if charm and a good omelet are worth it.

Dear Guest, We are much shocked with your claims .In fact we are not sure that you are talking about our property. This is the first time since we opened the hotel that we receive such a complain . It is strange that after you arrived home you decided to complain ,perhaps the bites were from other places you visited...
