Clean and tidy rooms, staff is friendly and helpful, location is very good. The only annoyance are the flying alarm clocks (caged birds) in the yard. They get quite loud in the morning. Take a room at Viktor 3 if possible (only place to get wifi).

A budget hotel room. With a TV and ensure bathroom (without AC and fan) for 120k rupiahs. Staff is friendly and a big dog is docile and handsome. It comes with a simple toast and boiled egg with tea/coffee (ask for no sugar as it is very sweet). Staff kindly allowed us to keep our bags while we were away....

People are awful and full of scams for foreigners. I never felt so frustrated in my life with this place. Forget about the boats to Gili ... They ask you for more money. The bedrooms are normal but not clean. Wi-fi doesn't work that good.

We stayed at Viktor 3 - by the look of the pictures this wasn't the same place but I believe the same owner as the address is the same. For our price (250,000 IDR) to put three people in an aircon room, we got a great value. They were super kind and helpful, even brought up an extra mattress and...

I love it when I find a place like the Viktor - nice clean, ensuite room that doesn't cost the earth. I stayed at the Viktor 2 and found the staff friendly and helpful. The room itself had a good bed with a decent mattress. Water, towels and toilet paper were provided and there was a nice sitting area outside....

I was here 20/11/15 with my bf. We came from Bali. And we decided to stay one night in this hotel We stayed at Hotel Viktor 3 because from both Viktor ( I and II) are full. Room pretty clean and good. Good smell. Cable tv and clean bathroom. Breakfast not so good. They never changed, but still OK.

No luxury but a clean room + bathroom + AC + breakfast for 150.000 Rp. The rooms in the main building (accross the road) are a little more expensive but nicer. Breakfast is really poor but the staff is friendly. The hotel is not far from the Mall.

It has everything you need. It is close to Mataram Mall which is a great place to kill some time if needed. The breakfast is not so impressive - but the coffee is nice and you can order it any time during the day for free. The rooms are nice and clean.

Perfect choice for a quick stay in Mataram. Cheap, clean... Just correct! When we were there it was quite empty and silent. Matress was reasonably ok, it was clean and quiet... The breakfast was too simple: coffe and a toast, but what you can ask for 150k in Mataram?
