Words cannot described our experience in Nihiwatu. You'll have to come and experience it yourself to believe it. The location itself make you feel that you are indeed at the edge of wilderness in a secluded part of P Sumba, however the villa, the facilities, the view and most importantly the staffs and peoples in Nihiwatu are a class of...

Went to nihiwatu with my wife and 10 month son for my wife bday. We went 3 nights. From the moment at bali airport you are greeted by a nihiwatu representative till the moment you arrive in Sumba. Stress free and perfect . We were greeted to our villa which was ocean front. We requested a crib which was already...

Dear Jason, thank you for your submission. I know that we had discussed it on site while you were here, as well as afterwards we followed up with an email regarding the surf slot policy after your reluctance to pay this amount, but allow me to explain to anyone else reading this, why we do it this way. In order...

Nihiwatu is the perfect beach resort. It is more of an experience than a resort. Imagine a secluded ex-pat surfing village where everyone has a butler and an insane beach bungalow. The resort covers a huge area of land (including a 2-3 mile beach), but there are very few villas in proportion to the enormous size of the property. As...

Reading about Nihiwatu before we arrived, we knew we were in for a special honeymoon. But from the minute we arrived at Bali domestic departures, the level of service was beyond anything we'd experienced. We were met by Nihiwatu staff who had already checked us on, printed boarding passes and luggage tags and we were then guided all the way...

Apart from a few small hiccups that were resolved when brought to the attention of management we had a great trip. Nihiwatu is definitely A special place. We did have a lot of rain which resulted in our inbound flight being cancelled and the airline putting us up in Bali for a night, therefore losing a night. Netty was fantastic...
