This hotel is situated in the heart of the city, away from the airport. The main building is an old house with bungalows built on the steep slope behind it. The rooms are clean, but the smell of old building might be quite annoying. There is a pool and a small gym at the highest elevation where marvelous view of... More

This hotel has som fairly cheap rooms. We stayed in 2 different rooms, both light, cosy and with hot water and aircon. There are different kind of rooms, but the difference in prices between the different kind of rooms is not very big, so you might want to consider to upgrade. The hotel setting is very beautiful, lying on a hillside... More

Mediterranean-style villas built into a hillside in downtown Manado: sounds unlikely, but very appealing in this not particularly beautiful city. I stayed in two rooms, a Standard and then a Superior; there was quite a difference in room size and amenities but both were the same price (390,000Rp) after unsolicited discounting, which I thought made the Superior room a pretty... An acquaintance recommended this place. So we thought it will be ok. The room we were give was dirty, moldy, it had crapy towels and it smelled damp. Not what we were expecting. We checked out having paid the bill out of complete disappointment with this place. It needs a revamp and the prices are not in tune with what... More

We have stayed in Minahassa Hotel for 2 days. Its clean, people are very friendly, rooms are great for Indonesia standards and the food is one of the best I ever had in the 3 times I visit Indonesia. Is a good place to go if you want to visit Tangkoko National Park.
