This is our second stay at the Saren Indah. We find the hotel has a very personal feel to it. The staff are always extremely helpful and friendly and the location is very quiet with the exception of an occasional monkey making a morning visit. On the day that my husband came down with gastro, Ary and Dek Wan did...

The positive reviews of this hotel are all very true. We've just had our 5th stay here, for 9 nights this time, and felt like we had come home the moment we arrived. We did not even have to give our names to reception, and were welcomed like returning family. It is a wonderful feeling to be greeted so warmly...

What stood out the most during our stay was the service. They truly went above and beyond the call of duty, always with a smile. When I needed shaving cream at 11pm, the boy at the front desk didn't hesitate to jump on his scooter and get it. Location is a bit away from central Ubud, about a 10 minute...

Food is great - excellent value, especially if you get the package including 3 meals - they are generous serves and offer a wide variety of options. Great location, easy and pleasant walk through monkey forest into town! Beautiful setting. On...

Food wonderful, fresh and menu varied. Doubt I will ever be back in Bali but would definitely love to return to this hotel. A special thanks to the very pleasant young man who...

What more could a tired traveller ask for? Exceptional service from morning till night, the hotel is surrounded by not just lush green paddy fields but also exude an aura of peace. Rooms were clean and crisp and my mum and I faced a pond of blooming lilies (with an orchestra of different frogs at night!). Will be back!

Only stayed 2 nights at this lovely hotel but we were very impressed with the email service in arranging the booking and the service while we were there.
