Extremely disappointed in this hotel. My husband and I were booked to stay in September 2020, unfortunately covid stopped us from going. I contacted the hotel to ask if I could get a refund they said yes and had to go through booking.com, so I contacted booking.com, booking.com need it in writing from the hotel that I can get a refund and they are ignoring booking.com emails and phone calls, I have tried emailing several times myself asking them to allow booking.com to give me a refund but I also am getting no answer from them now. I do feel terribly said for all businesses during this time, however why should I also be made to suffer and lose out on money for something I did not receive! We would love to still come to Bali sometime in the future but I will most certainly will not be booking here and I will be making it clear to family and friends to not book here either, as to treat people like this in not on.

I had a great experience being there, incredible, from the breakfast, people there working, the place we had, with the forest view and swimming pool, the birds and butterflies. When I come back definitely I will go there.

My gf and I stayed here on June, the pools are amazing mostly to take a lot of photos. The rooms are ok, clean and they have all in place, just find. The staff is friendly and willing to help anytime. Excellent price-quality ratio.

Stayed with my friend for 4 days in Pertiwi Bisma 1. Hotel rooms are ok, not new but comfy and clean. As we was out of hotel for almost whole day, we didnt stay much in the room. Breakfast was included, many fruits, vegetables and muesli. Separately omelet with sausage or bacon can be ordered (no additional costs). Had lunch couple of times, very tasty salads and duck. Good location of the hotel, many cafes, spas and shops around. Hotel has beautiful view of the jungles and small waterfall visible by the second pool. Good service and friendly staff.

Sometimes you have look at the bathrooms before selecting a hotel. The hotel is situated at a very convenient location and not too far from the restaurant and the main Ubud market. Unfortunately, we checked in at an ungodly hour so we didn’t get out regular room changed. Upon entering our room me and my wife both shook our heads and we decided we would check out in the morning. We woke up had breakfast and spoke to the manager about cancelling for the next 2 days we had as we weren’t happy with the toilets and the room. The manager was generous enough to offer us a villa for the next two nights that we had booked with them. The villas for the price are again not worth it as you have to climb down 2-3 stories before you get to your villa and there are no elevators. The next day we thought our air conditioning wasn’t working as it was the the previous room. We shared this with the management and according to the team it was fine. When it was nearly 35 degrees outside the inside temperature didn’t help us and me and my wife had decided to stay in Ubud for one more night but we are happy in switching hotels rather than living in torture.

Stayed with my family in December 2019 for 4 days. Breakfast was below average. Rooms were just average, not so clean, lot of flies and ants. Only good thing is the pool. But paying so much for just a pool is not worthy.

The rooms should be renewed; especially bathroom was terribly old and beds were "not" comfortable at all :( However, its location was pretty fine. Pools were ok. If you are only looking for a hotel at reasonably price in good location and don’t care the comfort of the room; it can be a good choice.
