After a bad experience with our previous hotel, we had to change hotel and found Jaya Bungalow. The bedroom and bathroom are spacious and clean. Shower is hot or cold, nothing in between. Great swimming pool! Breakfast was delivered in our terrace, some fresh fruits, pancake and coffee. It was great to have my breakfast enjoying the trees and birds!...

We booked this hotel online and when we arrived they had no idea we were coming and did not have a room for us, even though we had paid online already for the hotel. We ended up having to go to another hotel for the first night and went back to jaya for our last 4 nights in Ubud. The...

I booked and paid for Jaya Bungalow and showed up on a Friday night only to find they had no rooms left and my booking was not valid. It was a huge inconvenience and as a solo female traveller it was distressing. The staff were very unqualified and there was no boss present. They were very slack in handling the...

This guest house has pretty limited facilities for the price. No air-con and no hot water (apparently they are supposed to have hot water but certainly didn't when we stayed there). The place is not walking distance from the city so you will need to rent a motorbike. On the plus side, the room is clean.

The gardens surrounding the property are beautiful and are the main draw of this place, as are the beautiful surrounding rice fields. It's very peaceful to spend the night there on your balcony listening to the cicadas and frogs and ducks - as long as you are slathered in mosquito repellent! It's a bit of a walk to town but...

The bungalows are a little bit out of Ubud but I like walking and cycling that this was not a problem for me. All areas are well maintained and extremely clean. The room are massive, the bed is very comfortable and there is a bath. The room has a fan. AC would be better but it was not a necessity...

We stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed our time there. The room was pretty cheap, air conditioned and a got a lovely fresh breakfast for when when we woke up with coffee. The room was cleaned every day. The staff really made the stay. They were so helpful, organising our volcano tour for less than we could find on...

When we saw this place we thought it looked like a temple.. Quirky, different, very indonesian. Rooms were clean and very very basic. We just walked in off the street so didn't expect much. They brought breakfast and fresh coffee to our rooms in the morning and they were really friendly. The hotel owner was friendly and the staff were...

My friend booked this place for me so didn't know what to expect, and I was not happy at all after arriving there. The room was completely empty with just a bed (which was hard as a rock) a cabinet and a sink. The bathroom only had a bath/shower and a toilet and looked very empty and the bathroom also...

The room was ok but absolutely clean. No soap, no bathcarpet, no bottle of mineral water as advertised on internet. The ricefields view may be nice but you can get it only from the room upstairs and not from its balcony. But this is not the most important, which is that the guy who was taking care of the place...
