I wrote a previous review criticising this venue ut gave it another chance and so lad I did. This time I got Room 34 in Honeymoon 2 overlooking the rice paddies and walking distance to central Ubud shops. Staff are friendly & helpful and you can order meals to have in from this Compounds Casa Luna restaurant. Also free taxi...

Stopped for a bite to eat... what a great surprise. Had some simple dishes and were blown away. Later found out that the food was not cooked on site but came from Casa Luna restaurant. The little wait was well worth it. The combination of traditional Balinese cuisine with external flavours was superbly done. Both places are worth a visit.

We stayed here for two nights, my husband and myself and our two children. We were happy to find that the photos online don't do the place justice. The grounds are lovely with beautiful gardens. The rooms are rustic, functional and comfortable. The children were initially disappointed to find there wasn't a tv in the room but soon got in...

I booked a stay at the Honeymoon Guesthouses in June based on other traveler reviews. Overall, the property is really lovely...beautiful gardens and the cooking school is world class. The location is also really convenient, as it is located off one of Ubud's major thoroughfares. Unfortunately, my experience at the property was a little sub-par and I found the staff...

Our first visit to Bali, and it won't be our last. It wasn't actually our second honeymoon although we did stay in that part of the hotel! This place is just gorgeous. The staff were extremely helpful and always happy, our room was roomy, well appointed, just what we expected and faced a beautiful garden. Breakfast on the room terrace...

I had always thought Honeymoon 1 was looking a little run down and shabby and wondered what the fuss was about, however we stayed there this month and it was just fantastic! We have a baby and so were forced to spend his nap times hanging out at the room, however the ambience of the room, our terrace and the...

Well before we booked we read some reviews of the Honeymoon Guesthouses, some good, some bad, but I had had a recommendation from a friend of a friend. To say we were more than impressed with the place is an understatement. Yes it was our first time in Bali and we may have been a bit sparkly eyed about it...

So many accommendations in Ubud to choose among. Luckily we chose Honeymoon G. Its very authentic. Has a beautifull pool, garden and decorations. Loved that all the rooms are different. Very nice breakfast and coffee. Perfect location away from noisy street and still close to attractions and shops. Try the garden restaurant at the end of the street!!
