As soon as I arrived at this hotel I felt like I had arrived at paradise ! Great location walking distance to the restaurants and town . Right next to the famous dirty duck restaurant . Warm welcome and helpful staff carrying our luggage down the paths ! All the rooms face the rice field which is magical and creates...

We were a family of three staying at this hotel for only one night - and would never consider staying there any longer. The hotel has a fantastic outdoor area with views to a nice rice field. It’s actually a magical place in the “middle” of Ubud, and has great potential. However, the staff in the reception, and the small,...

Located just outside Ubud, but within walking distance if you are not too unfit, and close to Monkey World. If you’re feeling lazy, the hotel has a free shuttle bus (a car) which costs no more than a tip to get into the centre of Ubud. Very quiet, the loudest thing we heard was various birds and frogs in the...

I have stayed in many amazing 5 star hotels all over Bali, from Kuta to Legian. This trip I was traveling alone so needed to live cheaper and stay some where that is affordable. I found Biyukukung and read the other reviews and looked at pictures and thought, that will do... as long as it is close to everything in...

Hotel was responsive and efficient on emails regarding airport transfers. Though it did not look like where it is on google map, we are happy to find this tuck-away gem set by padi fields, and yet close enough walk to restaurants and shopping. Its about 5 minutes from room to main street. Note: Hotel only serves breakfast. We booked for...

on arrival to Ubud and its hustle and bustle, we were wondering what kind of hotel this would be. Upon arrival we were greeted with lush juices and shown around. It is a haven! Our appartment over looked paddy fields and it was a total contrast to what we saw in Ubud! the Breakfast was very good, although i think...

Set back away from the crazy beeping motorbikes you'll find a shangrila over looking rice patties. The lush green surrounding was lovely right down to the mosaic paving stone pathways. There was water all around with lots of carp adding to the tranquil atmosphere. Staff were all friendly. This place has 2 pools, both lovely.Rooms were spacious, we stayed in...

Only stayed here for 2 nights but loved everything about this motel. Close to town and monkey forrest but feels like you're in the middle of the country. Our room was directly above the bottom pool looking straight out on to the rice paddies. The room was lovely and bathroom modern however our wooden floor did squeak. The best part...

We loved the look of the rooms and the private pagoda. Somethings weren't quite right, but nothing that couldn't be fixed. The staff were friendly & helpful. The setting is what really makes this place stand out, Set in the rice paddies, watching the workers, the kite flying kids, the little ducklings being escorted around the fields to eat the...

If you want to stay in a place with awesome price/value, this might be your place. The good: The complex is rather small: only 10-20 rooms (or suites). This means that the attention for detail is still there. After 1 day you already start recognizing the faces of the people: as they are all nice: it is a good thing....
