I have been living at Gerebig Bungalows for over 6 months. The owners, Wayan and Kadek and their adult children, Wayan ad Made Elin, are gracious and accommodating. The staff is friendly, courteous and always willing to lend a helping hand. The rooms are spacious and clean. The pool is always sparkling clean and well maintained. The grounds are well... More

Recently stayed at Gerebig Bungalows in Penestanan village just outside Ubud. We have stayed here several times before, and we keep coming back for the peaceful surroundings and the wonderful friendly assistance that the owners (Kadek and Wayan) always provide. The rooms are big, clean and airy, the gardens are beautiful, the pool is a delight and we just love... More

This is my fourth time staying at Gerebig, and there are always other repeat visitors who like me see the place as a home away from home. The owners and staff are invariably warm and welcoming. The rooms I have stayed in are well priced, simple, spacious, clean and in lovely surroundings...including lush gardens, a tiny rice field and a... More

I was scheduled for 13 nights from 31 October to 13 November 2015. on 9 November and after 4 days with no internet (2 routers, 1 working on one side of the hotel 1 working on the other side) my room was from the side which does not... Some bungalows in the forest, nice decorated, private swimming pool, servicies for breakfast and filling of the fridge are perfect. You can ask to the owner for help in the location of scooters, or for a guide. They won't abuse and will advise you the best. Do not hesitate to drink all the Bintang beer in the bar, the price... A perfect little place to stay. Away from the noise and traffic of ubud, but close enough to still have access to some fantastic dining options. A walk down the back path to the real Bali. Wonderful friendly staff, happy to help with anything. And great value for a nice relaxing retreat. Perfect for a family. Thanks!
