Jiwa Damai has a truly special, peaceful energy, and will be so much more than just a place to call home away from home. I had the privilege of volunteering at Jiwa Damai for over a month, and it exceeded all my expectations, both from a personal and volunteering standpoint. The gardens, waterways and pool are breathtakingly beautiful and relaxing....

We visited Jiwa Damai in Jan 2017 and it's unbelievably beautiful. The staff are amazing and cook beautiful food and the ambience is lovely. We had a 3 day retreat where we learnt to cook balinese food, was pampered with a balinese massage and took tours around the permaculture garden. The best way to recharge your batteries, practice mindfulness and...

I know Jiwa very well, I have been living there almost 6 months as a volunteer and I went there as a client. The place is amazing, far from the rush of Bali, calm and quiet in the countryside and with such a sweet people working in this amazing project. Most of the veggies came directly from the garden and...

Once you walk into Jiwa Damai you sense a quiet that is quite different from a lot of Bali, making it ideal for practicing yoga, meditation or visiting the organic garden. Don't visit expecting a party scene. There are other places in Bali for that. You can get to them from Jiwa Damai if you want (for example, Ubud is...

This is the 5th year I have been offering this yoga program at Jiwa Damai Organic Retreat. The experience is always magical. From the food, to accommodations to the staff. The land is magic. Away from the hectic, dusty and crowded Ubud the minute one steps into the place, there is a serenity that envelops you. A beautiful place for...

Jiwa Damai's location offers guest a remote, peaceful, and safe stay, here in Bali. There are many options for lodging. Starting with 2 beautiful "tree houses", smaller rooms by the gardens that have only what you need..both these options have bathroom accommodation outside the rooms. And lastly full rooms with bathrooms. All are kept clean. At Jiwa Damai you can...

This place has a special energy. It is like a vortex. Magical things start happening here. And Margret is a big part of that. She puts your wellbeing first and the same with the staff here. Everyone is so helpful, and always smiling. I can only recommend people to visit this beautiful place. Love & Light Kennett

I went there on my own with the aim of finding peace, practicing a little yoga and meditation. It was very transformative. The garden was beautiful and inspiring, and it was great to see permaculture in practice. The food was nutricious and delicious. Jiwa Damai is an inspiring example, helping the communitity, teaching volunteers and travelers. Do not come here...

Like reviewers have mentioned before me, Jiwa Damai was a beautiful and magical place for me. It is alive with life being home to so many beautiful coconut and bamboo trees as well as wildlife such as geckos and frogs. This land offers amazing energy to those who are interested in connecting with the land and surrounding nature. I took...
