Cheap and relaxing which is all I ever ask for in Ubud! Great little treat after 9 months backpacking for a few mates. Breakfast has a bit to be desired however, walk out the door and you have many organic and healthy options within throwing distance!

I cannot say enough good things about Dewa Bungalows. We stayed initially for 3 nights and liked it so much we came back to Ubud a week later and stayed for another 5 nights. More than anything, I loved Dewa Bungalows because of the incredible staff. We have been traveling for months and I have yet to be treated with...

Due to off season we could negotiate price of Rp 300k per night. This was quite okay for the given standard. You are able to have breakfast on your own terrace. Breakfast was included and standard for Indonesia. The bungalow themselves was clean, bed was comfortable. Location is quit good to walk to all attractions of Ubud. The owner can...

Location is good enough, depending on what you want to do. It is a 10-minute walk to Monkey Forest and maybe 15 minutes to the Royal Palace. Staff are friendly and helped us set up everything we wanted to do in town. They were good at stocking the room with soap and toilet paper and all of those things. However,...

June 2014: Small very, very basic rooms, dirty sheets and towels, dirty looking bathroom floor, no comfort in room. We had a 3 nights booking but left this place after 1 night. The friendly family and staf cooperated and this was very good service; we only had to pay for 1 night! We had been here before in Dec. 2012,...

This place is close to the bus station ( we arrived by public bus from Kuta) and we didn't walk far before arriving at this cosy guest house (this is important when you have a big backpack). The hotel is on the main road but the rooms are all in the courtyard. There was no noise around while we are...

A great place to relax from your door around Ubud, the staff are extremely friendly always saying hello and asking how you are which makes your stay even better. The pool is great and a perfect way to cool down, the rooms are a great size and are cleaned daily. I'll be heading back up to Ubud and will be...

We found this place by chance as we arrived in Ubud with no booked hotel. When we walked in, we were greated by a very talented painter who showed us around. The grounds are amazing with a very clean swimming pool. We didn't expect to take the room he showed us because we thought it would be out of our...
