Hidden down a nice quiet street but still only 5 minutes from everything, it has the perfect location. The staff are very helpful and friendly and always have a smile on their face. I will definitely be going back with my husband and daughter as we had such a great time. Such a quaint hotel and everything that you would...

Best things: - the swimming pool (small but very nice), - the rooms (aircon, satellite tv, clean, lights for reading), - the friendly staff (you can arrange transport with them or whatever you need) - the location (not in the beach like other more expensive hotels, but just a pleasant 5 mins walk) - the breakfast (the best pancake I...

the welcome was good as was the airconditioned room which was well furnished and clean although the lighting was poor if you wanted to read. From there not so good. I decided to have dinner at the restaurant and sat down and watched some staff playing pool as was the waiter, he eventually gave me a menu !!! The food...

We booked a villa for our first night in sanur as we are 2 adults and two kids. What booking .com didn't tell us was that the rooms weren't linked so each adult had to sleep with one child. The rooms were very clean and spacious so for the 2nd and 3rd night we had the kids in the rooms...

What a lovely hotel. Set on a quiet lane off the main street so nice and peaceful. I felt like I was getting a taste of traditional Bali rather than a tourist trap. Staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough to help. The standard rooms are basic but spacious and very clean. The hotel grounds are lovely and it...

We recently spent 10 days at Prima Cottages in Sanur. We loved the location being close to all the shops and restaurants and only a short bike ride to the beach. Magda's staff were all very friendly and helpful and the rooms (we stayed in 3A) were a good size, very clean and well serviced. For some reason I had...

We had a comfortable cottage and a comfortable room for the 4 of us. The hotel is in a quiet street, so it was an excellent place to arrive to and start our holidays in an uncomplicated way. The rooms and bathrooms are fine, with airco. The mini bar was filled, so you could sit outside late at night and...

I stayed for 6 nights. The room was clean and comfortable. The interior is dated but that does not bother me. Bed and sheets were clean, TV, fridge and air con all in working order. Mini bar prices were great. Great location away from the noise of the main street. Excellent restaurant (Lillas Warung) steps away. Breakfast was basic but...
