We stayed in Sri Phala for the last night of our holiday before flying home. The hotel was fine for a night, our room was clean, the staff was kind and breakfast was good. The hotel has little charm and in the area there are not many nice restaurants or bars. Then again, I don't think Sanur would have been...

We stayed for 5 nights in deluxe room. Was fantastic,,room was serviced daily, breakfast was lovely, staff friendly, pools clean, but my favourite part was the gardens, they were lovingly tended to and I thought absolutely one of the best I've stayed in. The hotel is indeed off a busy road but leaving through the back door means you miss...

We stayed in the basic room, it was nothing fancy but clean and definitely good value for the price we payed ($600ish for 11 nights including free breakfast). Short walk to the beach and lots of good restaurants, quick trip to the centre of Senur ($5-10AUD) in metred taxi. The hotel is off a busy road but once you enter...

The staff as in most Indonesia hotels are friendly. We had a villa for the four of us. The room was not well maintained, the air conditioner on the second floor did not function and it was very hot. The outside bathroom and shower are not really in a good shape. The shower was actually dirty. The pool was fine...

We stayed here for 11 nights, the majority of our trip. We just needed a base to stay to be able to explore different parts of the island. We booked well in advance and got the room for about $600 including breakfast. The resort is not centrally located, however, everything you want is within a few minutes' walk. The beach...

The Staff were great, the food was good in the restaurant and reasonably priced. The free breakfast was very good. Lots of small restaurants nearby. We stayed for 2 weeks and just booked tours from the hotel. We used a private tour guide. Short walk to the beach. The rooms were clean and done up every day for us, fridge...

Plus: really nice & small Balinese style resort (key decision criteria for us), super friendly & helpful staff (English not always optimal, but this is quite generic for Bali), spacious & comfortable garden villas, shuttle service to Sanur center (and other beaches) & back (twice a day), decent breakfast & good restaurant (compared to most other restaurants we visited in...

We stayed at the Sri Phala for 3 nights in a 2 bedroom villa, I didn't love my room as i found it a little dark but our teenage girls just loved their room upstairs, it was very large with twin beds, had its own bathroom and a balcony. I really liked this Resort, it was quiet and very cute....

This was one of the most memorable boutique hotels in which we have stayed. Mr Marcelus Tantur and his delightful staff were some of the loveliest Balinese people I have ever met. The hotel is one of the traditional Balinese style hotels which has been beautifully and meticulously maintained for guests to enjoy. Marcel the operational manager takes the time...

The only downside is no lifts. carrying suitcases up flights of stairs is no fun, although there was always staff to give a hand. we arrived late at night after delayed flights. Breakfast was a treat, cooked to order and fresh. Fabulous pool to relax in after a hot day in the sun, and a short walk to the beach....
