Twenty years ago this place would have been great. But now the rooms are run down and the villas are not worth the amount we paid for our 8 days stay.
Look elsewhere for better value.
Pool is dangerous for small kids - unguarded suction.
Stayed with 5 couples, we booked out most of the villas, even though the villas are aged and rather basic, we loved it, great location in South Sanur, good bars and restaurants near by, 200 mtr walk to beach where the Warungs we tried provided...More
Did not stay there, only went to the restaurant for dinner. Here you can enjoy your dinner in nice and quiet surroundings. The restaurant is drawn back from the street and the atmosphere is almost “Tivoli-like” with tasteful decorations of colored lamps in the trees....More
This was an unexpected find. An oasis, due to the spacious lay-out of its Balinese style villas, in the middle of Sanur's action. Andi, the manager, replied always prompt on all my mails and took me even out early in the morning for a sunrise...More

if you stay at the rear of the property the noise is very minimal. I used to love Natah Bale but sadly it has deteriorated over the last few years. The grounds are beautiful but the villas badly need reno. Also the bath towels are often very thin. I cannot understand why the owner has let it get so run down.
Some of the staff are very lazy the sprinkler was on for 5 hrs outside our villa last time we stayed and was not moved until I asked someone to move it to another spot
As it is over $100AU per night I am staying elsewhere next time.
