Strictly Healt Protocols that make us feel safe while my daughter work from hotel during Indonesian Quarantine time, the Wi-fii is really good thank you to Mr Oke the IT man , he really helpfull and fast respon when my daughter face the issue with the wi fii, he willing to come to hotel to help us eventhought he is not on duty, again thank you for your good work and responsibility Mr Oka. The healthy protocols is really good, when the staff spoted visitors who not wear mask , they (Arini and Noni is really good on duty manager) frankly ask them to wear mask, it make us feel safe in this hotel. If you looking for high standard healthy protocols, fast wi fii for work from hotel and super friendly staff that make you feel like home, this is the right hotel for you. The valuable “resource” in this hotel is the outstanding friendly and fast respons staff. For muslims , you can feel safe eat in this hotel resto , no pork . The staff in resto is really friendly , good food taste , serve Indonesian and western breakfast.

Excellent Hospitality and strictly safety protocols during Co vid 19 Indonesian Quarantine Time If you looking for excellent health safety protocols, this is the place to stay and relax, they don’t hesitate to ask visitors to wear mask in public, high appreciation to the Manager Mrs Arini (Japanese representative) and Mrs Nona to ensure everyone both visitior and staff obey the Indonesian government’s law to wear mask during this Quarantine period (PPKM Darurat). The pools also well maintain, and the room conditions is really good. The friendly staffs treating us like family, really helpful. I withes for more than 14 days, we were locked in paradise during this quarantine and feel safe like at home .. They don’t risk the safety for money (the hotel capacity , they follow the government’s regulations ) again that the hotel that we are looking for, travel with family , safety is our top priory. Thank You Nona and Arini you are doing the good job to stand with Indonesian government’s regulations without exception, you are the true warriors, outstanding staff , the priceless assets for Nusa Dua Beach Hotel Stay safe all Zeta Long stay guest

We came to this hotel today (4th July 2021) at 11:45am. We spoke with a female manager with a Japanese flag on her dress. Maybe the management of the hotel can check the CCTV of what happened. It could help them improve their staff. We came to enquire about the hotel prices for 1 month stay. To see if they could make us a small discount for longer stay. We arrived at the hotel from the beach and went to the reception. To our surprise the hotel was entirely empty. Not one guest on the beach or inside the hotel. We thought that was strange because the other hotels around have guests. It's the holiday season. We wondered why nobody choose this hotel at all. When we arrived at the reception, we were literally attacked by the manager. "What are you doing here? How did you enter? Where are you staying?" . This is a rude way to speak to potential clients. We did not even wait that she tells us how much it would cost us. And we left right away. No way we would stay one month in a place that treat people like this. We went back to the beach and as we arrived we noticed something even more surprising. On the beach, there was 3 employees of the hotel (they had the hotel logo on their shirt), who were making holes in the sand. I went to see why they were making holes. They were burying plastic rubbish under the sand (plastic bags, plastic bottles, etc...). We thought of the manager that was rude with us. It was probably her that gave the order to those employees to burry plastic rubbish under the sand. We thought that it was the most barbaric thing that we had seen in a while and we understood why the hotel is absolutely empty. Because 90% of people staying in those hotels are Indonesians right now, they know not to stay there. This hotel is a tourist trap. Rich locals know not to go there. If I were the owner of this hotel, I would really consider checking this hotel manager behavior. The hotel is probably losing tons of money because of her. Especially during covid.

Response from Jamal Hussain, General Manager at Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa

Dear Mr. Benoit R., Kindly accept my unreserved apologies for the unpleasant experience at our Resort. This is truly unfortunate. I have spoken with the Manager in question and she has assured me that her intentions were not at all to offend you in any way. She was simply shocked to see guests coming from the beach side (Back entrance) instead of the front (Lobby). This was especially so as Bali has been in "Lock down" mode (Restricted movement) since the 3rd July (until 20th July). Once again, my unreserved apologies for the unpleasant incident and once again I wish to assure you that no malice at all was intended. Best regards, Jamal Hussain General Manager

As returning customer, we are sad to say that this hotel is not competitive anymore. Compared to the hotels in this area, this hotel has the least open restaurant, only 1 and serves no pork. Least occupancy rate so most of the facilities are closed. Staffs are friendly, maybe the management team is not fit. Not sure.

Dear Frao_Lim, Thank you for sharing your comments regarding your recent stay here at Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa. Yes, due to the declining occupancy and lack of guests, we do operate only 1 restaurant. We also made a conscious decision not to serve pork in the resort (since 5 years now). Thank you for the gracious comments on the friendly staff. I truly appreciate it. Looking forward to welcome you back. Best regards, Jamal Hussain General Manager
