Excellent service, as always! This is our third time staying in apurva and never disappointing. Staffs are very friendly and helpful, The food are delicious, The room is so cozy, And of course the view always makes us feel in love with the place. Perfect choice for a family vacation.

Yeay! I'm so happy finally visited one of the grandest hotels in Nusa Dua Bali. I want to tell about my experience when I entered Apurva Kempinski Bali. They have underwater hidden gems with natural and romantic vibes. This hotel is strategic location quite close to the airport only about 30 minutes, if you use a car via the toll road. When heading to the hotel, we will enter Jl. Raya Nusa Dua Selatan, Benoa, Kuta Selatan, Badung this are which is very beautiful, the setting is suitable for those who like the natural atmosphere. Arriving at the Apurva Kempinski Bali Gate Hotel, we were greeted by very friendly staff, the lobby was magnificent architecture and the view was really amazing cool because its directly faced the sea and we could also see the swimming pool from above the height of the balcony lobby. I came here to visit the aquariums and see marine animals, which are inside the restaurant. I think in Indonesia itself it is still very rare for hotels to have and manage the large enough aquarium. It's true! they have the big Aquarium is in a restaurant the name is "Koral Restaurant". When you entering the Resto the atmosphere is very comfortable and romantic, they have a big tunnel aquarium! So amazing, you can see the animals swimming and also the divers too. This is perfect place for holiday and bringing your lovely partner to dinner there. The animals in the aquarium are diverse, not only ordinary ornamental fish, but also stingrays and sharks that are quite large in size. Very happy to spend my time visiting Koral Restaurant. Highly recommended for those of you who want to enjoy the underwater sensation with your loved ones, partner or family. If I go to Nusa Dua Bali again, I think I will visit Koral Restaurant again and spend more time to stay at Apurva Kempinski Bali. Special thanks to Mr. Kemal as Assistant Curator at The Apurva Kempinski Bali who accompany me the hotel tour and explain about the underwater world at Apurva Kempinski especially the Aquarium at Koral Restaurant. Good job for Koral & Apurva team!

Trust is earn not given, it is truly what we’ve experienced during our stay in Apurva for the past 4 days. The service was right away spot on during the check in process for our Junior Cliff Suite, the front office officer - Setyawan was an outstanding hotelier ! He truly shown a great hospitality during the check in process and ensuring that my family needs and requirement are taken care of during our stay. We experienced an unfortunate situation where my wife left her mobile phone in the room upon check out and we just realized it several hours upon our departure. The service center staff - Ayu Sudarmi handled our call to ask for the missing mobile phone situation calmly and in proper manner, within minutes the hotel staff confirming that the mobile phone was indeed left in the room and they already kept it safe. The concierge staff - Mita and her colleagues promptly arrange a courier service to send the mobile phone to us back in Surabaya without any hassle (ps. We receive the mobile phone within a day) Indeed this is a great example of what a true hotelier needs to deliver for their guest, for sure we will be back in the future to this amazing hotel ! Ps : their food and beverage outlets (e.g reef, izakaya by oku, IRD) was excellent for both their food quality and services ! Kudos to the f&b team as well Best regards, Cliff & Family.

I am a frequent visitor of Bali - allured by it's mystical and magical aura as well as the variety of activities suited for any type of traveler. Most of all, I love the warmth and friendliness of the Balinese & Indonesian people. No more is this more apparent than in The Apurva Kempinski Hotel - which combines a breathtaking property with surreal views, world class facilities and arguably the best hospitality I have ever experienced. Any hotel can take your breath away, especially in Bali where you have a long menu of exceptional properties to choose from - but it's the little things that matters and the service which, for me, puts Apurva in a league of their own. I'll give some examples. My wife drinks a lot of water, housekeeping picked up on this without us informing them and gave us extra drinking water daily. We asked for beach hats on the beach, the next day - they gave us extra beach hats in our room. They knew it was my wife's birthday and upgraded our room and gave free cake / snacks to celebrate. Every day we would go to the Reef restaurant for sunset / dinner where the staff there would always greet us by name and give us our preferred cabana & table. Sometimes even giving a tea / coffee on the house. I could go on but I guess my point is, it's the little things that count, and the Apurva staff provide such excellent service so effortlessly that it made the overall experience just that much better. I would like to name a few Apurva staff who went the extra mile to make our stay that much more enjoyable. Steffi (Front Desk Manager), Fey (Reef Reception) and Henry (Reef Manager), Lisna (Spa), Nadia (Spa). Unfortunately I did not get everyone else's name who also contributed but my wife and I would like to thank everyone else too. Finally one last comment. Traveling during COVID is not easy, nor as fun as it used to be. But you can be rest assured that you'll be taken care of in Apurva as their attention to safety protocols and hygiene is best in class. I no doubt look forward to my next stay in Apurva and hope that each and every trip can exceed the previous one.
