When we travel in Gili Trawangan, we stop in Bali, Kuta for a night or 2 and always stay at PTL and love it, from checking in with your 'arrival drink' to the swimming pool, breakfast, rooms are basic, but what else can you ask for at the price you pay. Staff are all lovely and try to help with...

We've stayed at HPTL (as it is called) dozens of times during the last 15 years, We know most staff members by name (and there are a lot of them) and have seen most rooms from the inside, so we know what we are talking about. This hotel used to home for us for a long time, but recently things...

Hi, I am 100%% positive that my camera got stolen by the staff. I was surprised but after reading the reviews, I see I am not the only one who has faced this kind of issue. Stay away from this hotel. There are plenty of other hotels with similar rates/comfort on the same street.

We stayed in a standard room for 230,000RP for one night, which seemed a little pricey in low season for a room without air-con. The room was basic but clean, with a bathtub, shower (hot water) and fan. The TV had one english language channel. The pool was very nice and the staff were friendly. About a 15 - 20...

I thought I had done a review so this is a bit late. It was clean, room was spacious, we had a verandah and were right next to the pool (which was new and sparkling and scrubbed every morning). Breakfast was great. Air con worked well. Very central position and Komang the manager was very nice. They were the pro's. Mattress...

30-M-USA traveling solo here.... While the rooms are average, the location, friendly staff & price more than make up for the lack of flash. Who stays in their room when they visit Bali, anyway??? Most rooms have little balconies, and a full BIG breakfast is included in the price of the room. Pool is small but actually very nice. For...
